"Being originally from NH and now residing in SC, it was nice to "come home". The cabin was very welcoming, nicely kept, peaceful, quiet and gave ample time for solitude and reflection. We are enjoying our stay immensely. The fact that it is dog friendly makes it all the better, our furry child enjoyed it also. Finally got to explore Cathedral of the Pines, and what a place, the founders, I'm sure had no idea how far reaching this place is, or how inspiring and comforting it is to the soul."

"We really enjoyed our two week stay at the house. Paul was really nice and communicative. The place is excellently stocked with pantry items, toys, boats, life vests, etc. We were there with my father who has mobility issues, so having bedrooms and baths on the ground floor and the easy walk to the lake was crucial, as was the shallow and easy entry into the sandy bottom pond. The home is very kid friendly and my 2 year old had a blast playing in the mild water and with the toys at the house. The location is great for antiquing and visiting quaint New England towns, we especially liked nearby Keene and hiking Monadnock. Overall a great stay, thanks Paul and Anne!"

"The view was breathtaking. We went swimming every day. Kayaking and canoeing were a blast! The trees create a nice private refuge for a vacation. Much better than touristy vacation spots. Very relaxing yet fun! The porch was nice for cocktail hour. There so many games to play, such as corn hole/bags. It was a great place to have family time together. The house itself looks really amazing with all the antiques and paintings. A bonfire for s'mores is always fun."

"This is our fourth year here, so that attests to the beauty of this spot. We keep extending our stay and are up to 3 weeks. We have been to many places over the years, but this is the most idyllic of all.
There is much to do and see in the area, but we have a hard time tearing ourselves away from the porch gazing out over the lake. This year there was a family of four loons, instead of the normal two in the past, that serenaded us, what bliss."
