  • Perfect location for those who love the boardwalk and beach. Luxurious apartment.

"A very well-appointed building and apartment with all the modern amenities, furnishings and appliances. Two parking spaces one in the garage with your own remote entry and one in the back lot. The apartment is huge and in perfect condition. Our group of five (family of four plus one of our kid's friends) were very comfortable. Master bedroom and master bath perfect for me and my wife. The kids room with the bunk bed, double on bottom and twin on top, was very roomy, especially with the trundle underneath. Plus, they have their own bathroom. The bathrooms, bedrooms, living/dining room and kitchen are large. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. This is luxury way above the norm for this part of Hampton Beach and I think the price is reasonable. However, this is for folks who want to be in the thick of the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The beach is in view from the terrace."

  • Renting for the Winter on North Beach in Hampton, New Hampshire

"The Periwinkle is a unique experience especially in the Winter. We started our rental in September experiencing summer like weather at the end of the tourist season. Through Fall and into Winter we found the changes in the Beach to be an interesting experience. Collection of drift wood, sea shells & lobster buoy's being one of our favorite daily activities on our daily Beach Walks! There are some really neat places open at the Beach during the Winter that become very affordable for dining and entertainment after the tourist season. If you are up for a few miles of walking most places are easily accessible on foot. Proper Winter wear is recommended including waterproof boots or shoes for those low tide walks in the Surf! The Periwinkle House is fabulously furnished with all the comforts of home and a top notch heating system that keeps the place very cozily warm with no drafts. The Periwinkle has a backyard for children & some bikes for getting around. There are children in the neighborhood as well. It's a great place & we highly recommend a stay in any season!"

  • Mom of Five

"We have rented this cottage several times and love it! The rooms are small but the enclosed porch is amazing and provides plenty of extra room! We are a family of six and the cottage met all of our needs. It's very clean and the owners are wonderful...I highly recommend this cottage!"

  • Magical Paradise

"We recently spent our honeymoon at this tranquil, peaceful, beautiful home. We were greeted by Charles and was shown this magical home. We were immediately transformed from the hectic pace of planning a wedding to one of the most peaceful places on earth. The home was beautiful and homey. We didn't want to leave (we wanted to take the bed home!) the details of this home were right on point in every way! We did take advantage of the special evening of a massage and the most creative and delicious dinner prepared by Charles. We were asked our favorites and did he delivered the best meal of the week. Most watering scallops with caramelized onions, an unbelievable salad you didn't want to touch, it was a 5 star salad from any restaurant, and the freshest haddock we've ever had... And last but not least was the death by chocolate cake..... All we can say....is it was better than our wedding cake and that was wonderful... So if you have a special event coming up in your life.......treat each other to at least a weekend at this little piece of paradise....you will not regret it We were so comfortable, we didn't even feel the need to head to the beach. We sat on the deck over looking the water, and when we needed to cool off, we just jumped in the hot tub... It was set to a perfect temperature so we could just relax.. Charles had thought of everything to make a stay at his piece of paradise so enjoyable and relaxing....you never want to leave...and as a jewelry designer (man of many talents...cooking and jewelry design and architect ) I never even had to leave the house to do a little shopping. We would like to thank you, Charles, for a very special week... See you on our anniversary. Best regards, Pamela and emile"
