"My family just spent a week in this townhouse and it was wonderful. I was there with my husband, two young sons, and my parents. The layout was great of the townhouse was perfect for all of us. 3 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. It doesn't get better than that, not to mention every room has been done over and is very modern. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. Loved that it had a washer and dryer! It was a minute walk to the river and a 5 minute walk to the beach area/pool/rec center which were never very crowded. Tennis courts were right outside your door. Deer Park is a quiet, family friendly place and it is a minute drive from Route 93. It is also very conveniently located, with Loon Mountain, Clark's Trading Post, Lost River, Echo Lake, Cannon Mountain, The Flume, all within 5-20 minutes from the townhouse. I have stayed in several different condos and areas in the White Mountains and this was by far the best place/location we have ever been to. I can't say enough about the townhouse or the area it is in. The owner Susan was great and always very easy to get ahold of with any questions via email. If you are looking for a nice, clean, family friendly, comfortable place to stay with all the bells and whistles in the heart of the White Mountains, then this is the place for you!"

"If you are looking for a nice private home to stay while at Bretton Woods this is the place to be. The home is extremely clean and well taken care of and just a short walk to the base of the mountain. And as a bonus has a perfect view of Mt. Washington off the porch. Working fireplace was also great to rest by after a day of skiing. Owners are very present and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. I HIGHLY recommend staying here."

"This was our third year renting this condo. It is the so clean, so comfortable and so perfect! It is always stocked with all the essentials and then some. Brad and Jen think of everything! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that wants to travel to this area, but I do have mixed emotions about this. I want to keep it our secret so it is always available to us! We had to stay somewhere else last summer and there was no comparison! Thanks for sharing your home Brad and Jen!"

"My friends and I stayed at the Betty for the second year in a row, this time for 4 nights. The house is fantastic - a large, open kitchen and open concept living and dining room and good sized-bedrooms. This place is perfect for young kids, however, because of 2 key features: a washer and dryer on site, and a large, screened porch. Our boys (two 3-year olds and two 2-year olds) spent HOURS on that porch, playing super heroes and cars. To them, they were outside; to us, they were in an enclosed, shaded, bug-free space with great visibility and one primary entrance and exit that we needed to watch. It's only 5 minutes from Storyland, but separated from the touristy parts of the area, such that it is peaceful and relaxing (once the kids go to bed, that is). The house is spotless, and all linens are provided - and for anyone who's rented houses before, you know that's a HUGE bonus. Cable TV, wifi, and on-demand are all available. I couldn't recommend this property enough. We love the Betty!"
