Cute, cozy rental close to everything!
"Stayed here over Labor Day weekend with my husband, our dog and another couple and couldn't be more pleased! Karen was quick to reply and handled everything perfectly.
As others have mentioned, it is a quick walk to town. We were a little unsure about the proximity to town, based on the photos provided, but were VERY happy with this location. It feels private, but really is less than a 10 minute walk to town.
The place was super clean and felt a lot more spacious than the stated square footage as well as stocked with all of the necessities. We didn't actually do any cooking over the weekend, but there was a nice charcoal grill on the back deck and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need to make a meal. The outside felt very rustic and smelled amazing from all of the pine trees! The highlight for our dog was definitely the stream running behind the property, which provided her with endless fun "chasing" rocks. This stream was also awesome to listen to waking up in the morning!
On our 1st night in town we met Ken, who runs the No. Conway Country Club. The guys golfed there on Saturday and said it was one of the best they've ever golfed! Also, highly recommend Peaches for brunch and May Kelly's & Delaney's for dinner.
This is a great property in a fun town with lots to offer. Can't wait to return!"

"We rented this spacious condo at the end of July with 6 adults and 2 younger children. It is a second floor condo with a beautiful mountain view from the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to eat dinner together as a family at the large dining table. The property has an outdoor grill, we didn't use it, but still nice to have. The property has a pool which is a quick drive (about 5 min walk). You can hear the train from the deck which my young son thought was great! The condo does have wifi - we had 5 devices between all of us and none seemed to stay connected for more than a few minutes. The router may have just needed a reset, but we didn't want to disturb the service, so we just went without. The condo includes linens which was great. The used linens must be washed and dried prior to leaving so be sure to have plenty of time to do this prior to your departure. The condo does not allow pets which was fine for us, but the owners do have dog(s) so this may be information some travels would want to know. Lastly, the condo has no air conditioning or fans and it was exceptionally warm. We considered buying fans by the 3rd night. We did open the windows and the slider to let the air in, but it was still pretty uncomfortable sleeping at night. It is a very quick ride to downtown North Conway and Story Land in Glen, NH. It is also about 55 mins from Santa's Village."

"Such a warm, cozy, perfect home to share with family and friends for the weekend! The dam in the back was fun for the kids (and adults!) It's in a great location- we did a few hikes along the Kanc which was maybe 20 min or so away? The condo has a layout for gathering people and the fireplace was lovely. We truly had an amazing weekend and much of that was due to the home provided. The property, and Peter, was just wonderful."

"This is the quintessential New England farmhouse with modern amenities.
The North Conway location is great -- a very, very short walk to the main street for dining (love Horsefeathers) and shopping (Zeb's is my favorite). Just 20 or so minutes from Pinkham Notch if you want to climb Mt Washington, like we do each year.
The house is gorgeous with a fantastic wrap around porch. The kitchen is amazing, and the bathrooms are lovely. (The upstairs bathroom is amazing with the old fashioned tub - it's like being at a spa). The bedrooms are all very spacious.
This is a wonderful place to come back to after busy days of hiking and exploring the Mt Washington Valley.
The property owners are extremely nice and accomodating.
A great experience all around! Thanks again!"
