  • Family vacation

"We had a wonderful time at your house, everything was perfect, it's close to the lake and clubhouse. We would recommend this place to any family visiting the Lincoln-Woodstock area. Great views of the mountains, the house was immaculate, full kitchen. We definitely be back next year. Jeanne"

  • Terrific!

"This is a terrific rental. Thanks Carol for sharing your place! We had a wonderful Fall weekend with plenty to do- hiking, relaxing on deck, tennis and even relaxing at the associations pool! We loved the very well equipped kitchen to cook. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient to all attractions and major hiking trails. Overall- excellent. Thanks to Carol for being dog friendly and the condo association for having dog waste receptacles."

  • Wonderful Place to Stay!

"My family just spent a week in this townhouse and it was wonderful. I was there with my husband, two young sons, and my parents. The layout was great of the townhouse was perfect for all of us. 3 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. It doesn't get better than that, not to mention every room has been done over and is very modern. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. Loved that it had a washer and dryer! It was a minute walk to the river and a 5 minute walk to the beach area/pool/rec center which were never very crowded. Tennis courts were right outside your door. Deer Park is a quiet, family friendly place and it is a minute drive from Route 93. It is also very conveniently located, with Loon Mountain, Clark's Trading Post, Lost River, Echo Lake, Cannon Mountain, The Flume, all within 5-20 minutes from the townhouse. I have stayed in several different condos and areas in the White Mountains and this was by far the best place/location we have ever been to. I can't say enough about the townhouse or the area it is in. The owner Susan was great and always very easy to get ahold of with any questions via email. If you are looking for a nice, clean, family friendly, comfortable place to stay with all the bells and whistles in the heart of the White Mountains, then this is the place for you!"
