  • Appreciative renters

"My family, 10 of us in all, had a good 2 week vacation despite the loss of one of our members right before vacation started. The description was perfect, pictures accurate, maintained well, tons of amenities (just needed to get food), owner was helpful and I would recommend this rental to everyone I know! It is a wonderful home with pleasant and respectful owners. So much to do that every day was filled with memorable activities that will last a life time. We vacation in different locals every summer. North Conway has always been one of our favorite destinations. We took our young children there often and I had the pleasure of showing it to the grandchildren. My husband was not with us in body, but memories of him in New Hampshire brought us a little peace. Thank you for two weeks to remember."

  • Mini-Reunion in lovely accommodations

"I planned a long weekend get-together for brother, sisters, and spouses in North Conway, and we could not have been more pleased. This West Side Road home was quite spacious, very clean, and had comfortable mattresses that everyone commented about. The bathrooms were extremely nice, and having four of them is a real luxury! The fireplace in the living room was just enough to take the chill off during the spectacular fall days. This North Conway location is centrally located for so many wonderful experiences, but avoids the major traffic of Route 16 through town. We took the scenic train from town up through Crawford Notch one day, attended a fabulous performance and great food one evening at the Stone Mountain Arts Center in Brownfield (a short 25-30 minute ride), attended the amazing Fryeburg Fair another day, and fit in a quiet stroll at Diana's Baths and more serious hiking to Mount Washington as well. Though we spent little time shopping, the outlets in town are definitely a mecca for those so inclined. When we weren't cooking up a feast at home, we enjoyed scrumptious breakfasts at Peaches, and delicious salads and pizza at Flatbread in town, and a great lunch at The Back Burner restaurant in Brownfield. The owner was extremely pleasant and accommodating when we called to add an additional day to our trip. Wish we could have added an additional week, but there is always next year! We will definitely return if we are able, and highly recommend this very convenient and comfortable "home away from home.""

  • Wonderful condo and perfect location!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo which is ideally situated for a number of key attractions in the area and which possesses an unmatched view of the surrounding valley and glorious foliage. Our family of four adults and one toddler enjoyed the spacious, clean and well equipped condo (the dining nook was very popular) and which was only five minutes from Storyland and many restaurants. The owners thoughtfully provided a range of information for the area in the condo and sent a detailed package prior to the trip which was extremely helpful. We would definitely highly recommend this condo and superb owner Joanne, and very much to hope to stay there again in the near future."
