"My family just spent a week in this townhouse and it was wonderful. I was there with my husband, two young sons, and my parents. The layout was great of the townhouse was perfect for all of us. 3 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. It doesn't get better than that, not to mention every room has been done over and is very modern. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. Loved that it had a washer and dryer! It was a minute walk to the river and a 5 minute walk to the beach area/pool/rec center which were never very crowded. Tennis courts were right outside your door. Deer Park is a quiet, family friendly place and it is a minute drive from Route 93. It is also very conveniently located, with Loon Mountain, Clark's Trading Post, Lost River, Echo Lake, Cannon Mountain, The Flume, all within 5-20 minutes from the townhouse. I have stayed in several different condos and areas in the White Mountains and this was by far the best place/location we have ever been to. I can't say enough about the townhouse or the area it is in. The owner Susan was great and always very easy to get ahold of with any questions via email. If you are looking for a nice, clean, family friendly, comfortable place to stay with all the bells and whistles in the heart of the White Mountains, then this is the place for you!"

"Our family of 5 stayed in here for 2 nights and we had a great time. The condo is just as in the photo, very clean and well kept. the kids loved the bunk beds and the big TV, and we loved the view out of the window - we even had two days without a cloud in sight!
We would definitively come back and recommend this place to anyone. Just a few things to keep in mind: It's a downstairs condo unit and the upstairs owners or renters decided to move in at midnight one night - it can get noisy downstairs. There are some ants in the place which did not bother us at all, but keep your food in the fridge or closed.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful place, Gil and Stephanie!"

"A beautiful, rustic cabin without sacrificing any amenities! We were only able to spend one night, but it was nothing less than relaxing and we can't wait to visit again! Thank you again for your flexibility!"
