Great Girls Trip
"What a great place to stay. Bruce could not have made it any easier for us to enjoy our stay. The condo is so convenient to everything we wanted to see and do in the White mountain area. We even drove one day to Vermont and went to Ben & Jerry's and Cabot creamery. Location of condo is in a very quite town and the golf course is a great place to take a nightly stroll in. Condo is spacious and open and it gets cool enough at night we had the windows open and got cold. There is a lot of hiking in the area to do and lots of places to eat. I recommend the Woodstock Brewery & Pub and sitting outside on the patio for dinner. We also ate breakfast there twice and loved it especially the homemade sticky buns. If you go to Plymouth make sure you go a little further south on 1A and eat in Rye at Petey's, the lobster Rolls are really big and the location is great. Bruce is so nice and helpful and I would recommend this place to all of our friends and would do another girls trip there."

"My wife and I returned to Lincoln after 50 years and rented this beautiful, dog friendly Townhouse for two weeks during the peak 2014 foliage. It was easy access to the Cog Railway, Franconia Notch, Crawford Notch and just a mile from the wonderful Kancamangus Highway. We even entertained two other couples for a couple of nights. Most of meals were prepared in the spacious, well-equiped kitchen / family room. Plenty of pots, pans, and dishes, and everything worked! The entire house was extremely clean and well-kept.
We practically had the entire community to ourselves, although it started filling up with owners Columbus Day weekend. We were fortunate in finding such a great place to stay."

"My family was very happy with this transaction from start to finish. Owners are very nice people and eager to go the extra mile for their guests. The property was as described and made for a comfortable stay for our family. The development where this condo is located was well kept and within walking distance to the town - very conveniently located. We were very satisfied with our experience."

"My family just spent a week in this townhouse and it was wonderful. I was there with my husband, two young sons, and my parents. The layout was great of the townhouse was perfect for all of us. 3 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. It doesn't get better than that, not to mention every room has been done over and is very modern. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. Loved that it had a washer and dryer! It was a minute walk to the river and a 5 minute walk to the beach area/pool/rec center which were never very crowded. Tennis courts were right outside your door. Deer Park is a quiet, family friendly place and it is a minute drive from Route 93. It is also very conveniently located, with Loon Mountain, Clark's Trading Post, Lost River, Echo Lake, Cannon Mountain, The Flume, all within 5-20 minutes from the townhouse. I have stayed in several different condos and areas in the White Mountains and this was by far the best place/location we have ever been to. I can't say enough about the townhouse or the area it is in. The owner Susan was great and always very easy to get ahold of with any questions via email. If you are looking for a nice, clean, family friendly, comfortable place to stay with all the bells and whistles in the heart of the White Mountains, then this is the place for you!"
