  • Terrific Trip!

"Recently returned from our 8th annual ski weekend in the White Mountains. This year was one of our best! Jackie is an attentive owner, making the rental process a breeze. I appreciated her phone call prior to confirming the rental; as the organizer of the group trip, it made me feel good knowing that Jackie was personally involved in the rental process. I knew before setting foot in the house that it would be a comfortable place for us. Her emails were extremely helpful for us when planning what to bring. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. Bathrooms and bedrooms on each level made a certain level of privacy possible for all of us. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked, and the large dining table made it possible for all of us to eat our meals together. Nice to have the use of an attached garage for the dreaded loading/unloading process! We all had a wonderful two day stretch of skiing at Bretton Woods and Attitash, two of our favorite mountains - followed by relaxing nights at the house. Thank you, Jackie, for opening up your home away from home to us. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We hope to return next year!"

  • Spectacular Views!

"What a wonderful retreat for a family reunion! (8 adults and 3 children). The views are incredible, and watching the snow fall from the great room is magical. The owner and property manager are both very helpful. The house was spacious with enough for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked, and the house was very clean. You can't ask for a more perfect place to stay."

  • Wonderful vacation condo!

"We have stayed here 3 times and will keep coming back. We have been staying at the Seasons since 1995 and was lucky enough to find this condo on VRBO. Susan, the owner, is a pleasure and is wonderful to rent thru. We have not one disappointment!"

  • Location, location, location!!!

"We were lucky enough to spend 4 nights at this property, 3/4-8/2015. WOW; talk about the perfect location! Just down the street from Attitash, and a short ride from Wildcat and all of the great shopping and dining in town at North Conway. Can't beat it! The condo, itself, was very clean and had all of the conveniences of home; full kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, stereo, free WiFi, and an efficient wood stove that kept the place warm and toasty. Definitely looking forward to booking this property again."

White Mountains Travel Tips

New Hampshire’s White Mountains are some of the most beautiful mountains to visit in the U.S. Journey along the White Mountains Trail, a 100-mile long Scenic Byway; the views from the Northern and Southern Loop will take your breath away, especially in the fall color. Small towns have historic charm and offer restaurants, shopping and recreation while the range of outdoor activities is unrivalled. See the natural beauty of the area captured by painter Thomas Cole, among many others, or enjoy more active pursuits. Visit lakes, forests, mountain viewpoints, caves and gorges. This area is ideal for family vacations and continues to be a well-kept secret which visitors return to year after year.

The Advantages of Staying in White Mountains Vacation Rentals

A vacation in the White Mountains offers a great opportunity to get away from city life, traffic and crowds, and relax in the peaceful outdoors. A well-located White Mountains cabin or home offers tranquility, privacy and peace. Sit out on the porch and read, curl up by the log fire and watch an old film, cook comfort food in the well-equipped kitchen or soak away the aches of the day in a hot tub after energetic mountain biking. Each White Mountain vacation home is individual so choose a place to suit you and your family and call it home for a week or more.

Things to do by Your White Mountains Lodging in all Four Seasons

Unlike most holiday destinations which have a short summer season, the fun in New Hampshire’s White Mountains goes on all year-round. In fact, it is perhaps at its most popular during the winter months when the ski areas of Mount Cranmore, Attitash, Black Mountain, Wildcat and Bretton Woods vacation cabins are at their best. With a host of cross-country trails for getting around, visitors can enjoy snowmobiling, skiing, ice skating, tobogganing, snow-shoeing, ice climbing and snowboarding. Santa’s Village is another fun attraction during this season.

Spring is great in the White Mountains for hiking, and exploring the area. Shopping is fantastic and there are more than 125 tax-free outlet stores in the area, some within walking distance of White Mountains lodging.

Summer is the time to enjoy the lakes and rivers for swimming, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, boating and fishing. Drier pursuits can include golf, mini-golf, go-carts, mountain biking, horseback riding and hiking in the magnificent scenery.

New Hampshire is known for its spectacular fall color when the trees display vivid reds, oranges and yellows. Take the scenic Conway and Cog railway or go apple picking.

Neighborhoods to Visit by White Mountains Condos

Bartlett is located in a mountain valley in the central White Mountains, about three hours north of Boston. The mountain villages of Jackson, Glen and Hart’s location are close to Bartlett and have attracted visitors for almost 200 years. For those who want covered bridges, quiet lanes, white-steepled churches and rolling farmland, these towns will surprise and delight. The Lincoln/Woodstock area is conveniently close to the I-93 and offers plenty of activities all year-round on the western slopes of the White Mountains. It is ideal for hikers and nature-lovers or those wanting a scenic drive through the varied landscape. For art-lovers, North Conway Village lodging has a host of small stores, galleries, craft shops and clothing suppliers, and is the area’s center for outlet shopping.
