We loved the very well equipped kitchen to cook. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient to all attractions and major hiking trails. Overall- excellent. • Great Views from living room, nice clean condo!

"Excellent communication with the owner, nice resort condo with great views. Very clean comfortable queen bed. My wife and I enjoyed a 3 day weekend for our 2nd anniversary in Waterville Valley. Spent some time in the pool and hot tubs at the condo complex. The Fall foliage was excellent with plenty of mountains to climb and trails to hike. We enjoyed an anniversary dinner at the Gypsy Cafe in Lincoln about a 1/2 hour away, Great value rental in Waterville Valley!"

  • Perfect Location on Lake Winnisquam!

"We spent 4 days at this house on gorgeous Lake Winnisquam and everything was great. A perfect location. We were able to quickly get supplies down the street at the local market and deli. We were able to rent a pontoon boat for a couple days and park it right at the house on the dock! So convenient. The house was clean and provided great views of the lake, as advertised. Catherine was super attentive and answered ALL of my many questions almost immediately. The entire rental process was a breeze."

  • Beautiful Classic Lakeside Retreat

"My family of 12, including teens and a grandmom, recently spent a fantastic week at this classic Squam Lake camp. This was our first trip back to the lake in 16 years and the house and lake did not disappoint! The house came fully equipped with plenty of bedding, utensils, cookware and storage - including the largest frying pan I have ever seen! We had plenty of room to sprawl between the two buildings - a real plus when traveling with teenagers. The main room of the house is cozy yet feels very large due to the soaring wood ceilings. Our family had tons of fun on the lake and just as much fun in the evenings playing board games on the deck and looking through all the historic photos and mementos on display in the lodge. The dock and swim platform areas are in full sun all day, unlike other homes we looked into, allowing for plenty of swim time. We did rent a large pontoon boat in Little Squam and spend countless hours navigating the coves of the lake and we especially loved revisiting "jumping rock" in Rattlesnake Cove which included a visit by the ice cream boat! The last night of our trip was spent enjoying the camp's DVD of "On Golden Pond", which was something really special. All in all, a fantastic family trip. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a classic Squam Lake experience."
