  • Fantastic rental property

"My family and I rented this property for the 2010 - 2011 ski season. We could not have been happier with the property, and the owners. The property was very well maintained, and any time we had a concern or question, the owner was right there to assist us. This is very close to many ski areas, and North Conway. If we did not buy a place of out own, we would rent this again for next season. John Woods"

  • The best vacation ever!

"My wife & I stayed at The Coop for a week to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. We spent the week hiking the Whites, rock climbing in North Conway, & sight seeing that put over 1,100 miles on our rental car. New Hampshire is AMAZING, but it was truly the owners (Phyllis & Mitch) that made our stay ALL that it was. Phyllis went above & beyond before arrival from Florida to answer ALL my questions and was extremely helpful in providing accurate information about the area and The Coop. The Coop was exactly as described on VRBO. It was perfectly clean, warm, inviting, & impeccably decorated to fit the style of a New England farm/cottage. The views (as you can see) are breath taking. Mitch was extremely knowledgeable & helpful in providing information on hiking trails and the "stuff" you need to have when hiking the Whites. As recommended by Mitch, you have to eat at the Italian Farmhouse (a Common Man restaurant) , the food creates a party in your mouth and the service is outstanding. If traveling to New Hampshire during the season the Coop is available, you MUST stay here. This was by far, the best vacation/ VRBO experience my wife & I have ever had. Cannot wait to come back and stay there again."

  • Great as usual!

"Faith's home is just as clean, comfortable and cozy as our previous years' stays. And as usual, she was great to work with. All of the reviews really say it all, so what else can I add!? The Pudding Pond hiking trail is within walking distance from the condo and we rode our bikes frequently into town. Taste of Thai is a great restaurant and every year we get mud pies from Moat's, Muddy Moose and Delaney's. We rented mountain bikes (our kids are 8 and 9) and were very impressed with the Great Glenn Trails. After, we rode our car up Mount Washington. It was amazing!"

  • Perfect Getaway House

"The owners are easy to work with, and when they say bring just clothes, food and linens they mean it. Everything else is provided. Our family of 7 (ages 24 to 87) biked, kayaked, played board games and pool, had a campfire, relaxed in the hot tub, enjoyed reading the 'coffee table' books and nature guides, ate on the deck, and slept well in comfortable beds. This was our 2nd year renting this house and we want to go back. The owners truly created an atmosphere of comfort and privacy!"
