  • Perfect

"This vacation rental is perfect in so many ways. It is undoubtedly situated on the best piece of real estate on the lake. The property juts out a bit, so you have more than 180 degree water views. The property is private and large enough for lots of great playing – whether with your children or your dogs. The screened porch is the perfect spot for relaxing while listening to the loons. I did not use the hot tub, but with the lake view, it seems like it would be very romantic place to relax with your loved one. It is an easy drive to the Seacoast or the White Mountains, with so much to see and do in between. Mike and Kathy are both excellent communicators and made my stay well worth the 10-hour trip to get there. My dogs loved swimming in the lake and running in the yard, and I love that my dogs were so welcome. There is no doubt, I will be back."

  • Wonderful! A+ stay

"John and Sylvia are great. It’s like staying in a friend’s home with royal treatment. They supply everything you could ever ask for in a vacation place. They are 2 of the nicest people I have ever rented from. They make it clear that if we need anything at all, no matter what it is, to please call them anytime 24/7. The place is immaculately clean and everything is new. From the in-apartment laundry to the flat screen TV’s; this place is top notch. The resort is also excellent too. We love it there. The kids especially love the indoor pool and Jacuzzi’s. We also love the fun activities on site and right across the street with the rock wall, the mountain coaster, the alpine slide, the bungee trampoline and more."

  • Great place. Great stay.

"From the pictures, I expected the condo to be smaller. It exceeded expectations. Full kitchen and laundry made life easy. The deck is great for sitting, lunch, or late night cigar. The owner is very accommodating and very prompt answering questions. We are very satisfied with our stay!"

  • A truly special place!

"We stayed at this property for a week in August with my school-age daughters and my in-laws. Our vacations usually have jam-packed itineraries, but on this vacation, most days we didn't venture beyond the local country store! There is so much to do right outside your door! Most days started by waking up and fishing off the dock in our pajamas. Kayaking and swimming was wonderful and safe, as the house is on a no-wake zone. The proximity to the boys camp was actually an added treat, as it reminded my daughters of their beloved camp in Maine. The house was beautifully and comfortably appointed with views to die for. Waking up to such a view is a treat! The owner and property manager were both very helpful. Our refrigerator wasn't cooling properly and the owner swapped it out for another the same day! The owner also recommended restaurants and hikes and also delivered to us a two-person kayak so that the family could kayak together. We were all so sad to leave. Lake Winnipesaukee is a beautiful place and this is a very special property. We will be back next year."
