  • Beautiful house, stunning location, you will not find a better deal

"I am part of a group of runners that stayed in the River House for a week to get training in before our cross country season. We searched for houses in NH and on the Cape, and the River House stood out by far as having the most space, and being in a great training location, while also being a very reasonable deal. I cannot believe how incredible the house and location ended up being. The house is located right on a small babbling brook that is fun to explore. There is a yard in the back of the house, and a lake that is wonderful for swimming within a ten minute drive. There is also a pond nearby that we did not have time to visit. The house is simply incredible-- it has a classic architecture feel and a lot of personality, but is so clean and the amenities are very new. The beds are so comfortable, making the stay restful. If you are looking to stay in a beautiful, quiet, but safe (there are friendly neighbors next door, on a small farm) location, where you have access to great hiking, swimming, kayaking or training, there is no better place than the River House."

  • The perfect Valentine getaway!

"My boyfriend and I stayed at Deer Park Resort to celebrate Valentine's Day. The property was clean and contained all the comforts of home. The owners provided helpful information and the Reception staff were very friendly. There is lots to do at the Resort and nearby. We enjoyed shopping at the North Conway Outlets and snowshoeing in the White Mountains. We recommend that you visit Wayne's Market and Deli for Friday's Free Beer Tasting, a great selection of local Beer and delicious sub sandwiches."

  • Absolute gem!

"This was our second stay at the Roys' home, and we are looking forward to many future visits! The house is spacious, allowing 4 adults and 2 children to have plenty of room, but also very cozy feeling with all the thoughtful touches. Everything is so well thought-out, and the house has everything that you could need. The kitchen is stocked with every type of pot, pan, dish etc. making eating in very easy, but the house is so convenient to restaurants and attractions that it is easy to be out too. We visited during the winter, but are hoping to also make a fall or summer stay this year and take advantage of the gorgeous wrap-around deck. George and Patti are such wonderful hosts, and this is the perfect vacation house!"

  • Great Rental

"This townhouse was wonderful! Everyone kept raving about it. It was up to date, nicely furnished, had loads of games and books and the ping pong table was a real hit. It was very thoughtfully stocked with paper towels, ziploc bags, garbage bags, spices - even laundry baskets and a keurig machine. Plenty of space with 4 levels, great place for kids and the deck was lovely, quite private and serene. I prefer to stay in Intervale/Bartlett so I was very happy with the location - 10 minutes to everything (Conway, Storyland) but just enough away to be quite peaceful. The owner was easy to work with - we hope we can come back again soon."
