  • Perfect week-end!

"This home is one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever experienced...and we're frequent VRBO customers! The home is lovely! Kitchen is very nice, well equipped. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Laundry much appreciated. The setting is SPECTACULAR - - in the woods on the Saco River - - and the window walls on both floors make sure the sights and sounds are ever present! Honestly, I could have stayed for a week and never left the house! There is a window seat and two easy chairs set up to take advantage of the views while reading or just relaxing! The screened in porch, multiple leveled deck(s) and stairs down to the river are fantastic. We found the sounds of the river flowing over the rocks to be so restful day and night. We did leave the house to take the cog railway to the top of Mount Washington....luckily we were there on a relatively clear day....very cold at the top ....lots of fun! Can't say enough about this home and its owners, who are very helpful and easy to work with. You can't go wrong with this Saco River home!"

  • Fabulous place to relax

"We were on a touring holiday of New England and two nights stay at this lakeside cabin was our R and R before driving on again. It is a perfect place to relax, so quiet, yet with the lake view always something to watch. We were so lucky that we had crystal clear, sunny days, so the reflections of the fall foliage in the water were beautiful - spent much time trying to capture on camera! Besides the lovely walking trails there is so much to do, kayaks, table tennis, table football, board games. The cabin is so well equipped and the quick to light gas 'log burner' makes it so easy to be cosy in the cooler evenings. We left with our energy levels fully recharged."

  • GREAT VACATION SPOT

"Tom, We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The trip started out well when my grand kids saw a small black bear on the way in to the condo. The neighbors were really nice. So close to story land we were able to go two days which the grand kids enjoyed. We had 10 of us there and there was plenty of room. The condo itself was very clean and nicely stocked with spices to use. The club house right down the road was fabulous. We swam every night and day we were there, played pool and ping pong and even had a cookout using the gas grill at the function hall. Fantastic!!! The grand kids loved it. I only have two negative comments to make. 1st is your pictures do not do the place justice. It is definitely much prettier a place than is looks. The 2nd is the loft is a little tricky to manage up the stairs. Many could not handle the climb. Hopefully we will use your place again. Thanks... Dave Fiore Exeter N.H."
