  • Quiet location, clean condo, spacious bedrooms

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay in late May. The condo had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We particularly enjoyed using the two bikes to explore the surrounding area. Our daughter enjoyed having her own space in the loft with her own bathroom and tv. The resort was very quiet and is located with easy access to the interstate and many, many wonderful attractions. We would highly recommend staying here. The owner was a delight to work with."

  • JUST PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!!!

"This house (we stayed in unit two) was beyond wonderful. I don't know how Janice did it but everything, I mean everything, was perfect! We traveled with our two young children (a five year old and a two year old). JANICE LEFT A GREAT LITTLE BOWL OF TREATS (popcorn, teas, candies,etc.). The unit/house was immaculate! We had games and videos we could borrow! There was even small soaps left in the bathroom for us! The best thing had to be the awesome binder left on the kitchen table with brochures and recommendations for all the great local restaurants, events and things to do! I would recommend this house to anyone! We will DEFINITELY be back! This place is TRULY a gem!!!!"

  • Best Sunsets

"The location is fantastic and the charm of the old house will captivate you. The sunsets are spectacular! Pros: property fits the description provided, nice and responsive home owner, great location, large living room, large dinning room, character of an older home, very clean, well equipped kitchen, friendly neighbors, great sunsets, nice deck overlooking the water that gets sun from sunrise to sunset, nice and responsive property manager, swimming, boating, local attractions are near by, not too far to grocery store, lake front property is fantastic, nice screened porch over looking lake as well as deck on the lake, back patio, wonderful breeze coming off lake cools the house in summer, lake water was warm in August. The house is perfect for 6 people. Cons: if you are looking for luxury, this house is not for you. It is an older home with no dishwasher, no air conditioning (you won't need it with the wind off the lake) and no washer and dryer- but don't let that deter you, the house is clean, has character and is in a great location. If you have very small children you just need to be aware of the road between the house and the water (it's not busy) and that you need to go to the public beach if you're looking for sand and/or walk-in access. The house is great for kids over age 6 or so. Parking is limited at the house (3 cars max) but you can have guests park in another area only a short walk away. I would rent here again in a heartbeat. It was the most relaxed I have been in a long time."
