  • Rustic Retreat

"Our vacation at Lee's Pond was everything we had hoped it would be and more. Relaxing on the deck overlooking the pond, one experiences an endless display of beauty and serenity with the light constantly changing, loons calling out from across the way, and herons diving for fish. With no motor boats allowed, this serenity is uninterrupted. As described, the cabin has basic necessities and worked well for just the two of us. While tucked away on a back road, one is only ten minutes from good restaurants, grocery stores and a farmer's market. We enjoyed several meals right at the cottage with our "catch of the day." The owners provide excellent communication about both the cottage and the area and make sure the cottage is clean with fresh towels and linens provided. We very much look forward to returning."

  • A 5 Star Home!

"My family (5 adults, 1 toddler) and I just returned from a glorious week at this spectacular lakefront home. We have rented several other homes on the lake but this was by far the best. It was a pleasure waking up each morning to the stunning views of the lake from almost every room. The home is tastefully decorated, comfortable, immaculate and equipped with the finest of everything. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The lakefront yard was perfect for lawn games and especially conducive for our two year old. There was even a lakefront sandbox! We rented a pontoon boat for the week and enjoyed fishing and rides around the lake. Kayaks were supplied by the owner and it is a perfect and quiet area for kayaking. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Meredith and made many trips back and forth in minutes. I am not surprised that each reviewer has had the same experience as our family. If you are looking for the perfect lake vacation, this is the place for you!!!!"

  • New England Lake House

"We needed a BIG house with sleeping for 7 adults and this was the PERFECT home. We were in NH for our daughter's wedding and had other family from 4 other states join us at the house. It made us feel right at home. We all LOVED the beautiful kitchen. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!"

  • Relaxing Family Winter getaway at Tranquility Lodge

"We just returned from an amazing weekend at Tranquility Lodge. Many years ago my parents had a little chalet in Eaton, so when we found this place it was an opportunity for our family to take a nostalgic trip back in time to a place we all loved. This house is gorgeous and, though the photos on website are great, the place is even larger and more beautiful in person. We had three generations staying there; there was plenty of room for all 12 people to gather in front of the stone fire each evening. The open concept allowed for us to feel like we were all together yet have our own space. From the well appointed kitchen to the very large dining table and comfy sitting room, we were all comfortable cooking great meals and relaxing together. We took turns pulling the little ones (and Grandma) up and down the driveway on sleds, and also found a decent sledding hill down the road a bit. In the evening the kids were cozy and warm inside playing board games around the table with their cousins while the adults decompressd with a bottle of wine and marveled at the architecture. We verntured into town once to go on a sleigh ride...then raced right back to our winter haven. Not one person even attempted to turn on the television. A big thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful lodge with us. We'll be back!"
