  • Fabulous Time

"We rented all three cottages for a week an had a great time. All 3 cottages were well equipped, plenty of room, very clean. We were amazed at how close they were to the water and each cottage had their own dock for our boating needs. Great Location!!!!!!!!"

  • My hard-to-please husband loves this house

"The great room is a terrific space with a lovely view. The large, handsome stone fireplace kept everyone cozy during our season's first snowfall. We cooked elaborate meals all weekend and the kitchen had everything we needed--including multiple ways to brew coffee. Our six-year-old loved exploring the toys in the toy cupboard and the backyard--and she could not get enough of the ping pong table. The instructions for the house (trash, heat, fireplace, etc) are clear and well-organized, and include a terrific list of things to do in the area. In 15 years of vacationing, this is the ONLY house my husband has ever said he would return to. Woo hoo!!"

  • Home away from home

"We spent a wonderful week enjoying North Conway and this amazing home. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 4 children (5 and under). This beautiful townhouse was our home for the week and it did not disappoint on any level. The main level was a wonderful open concept where we could prepare meals in the kitchen (which had anything you needed to prepare meals) and the kids could play in the living area or enjoy the screen room and still be within ear shot of us. The lower level had a huge living/play area and the kids enjoyed the toy box full of toys and the air hockey table and the wonderful backyard where they could burn off some energy! Also - the pool was only a few minute walk away and was very clean and refreshing on those hot days. Laurie was great to deal with and always responded promptly to any questions I had. The property was well maintained and contained pretty much everything we needed to enjoy our week. We were about a 10 min or so drive from shopping (using the back road) and 10 min or so into the town (depending on traffic). It was SO nice to have this "home away from home" to come back to every day. If you are traveling with children, Story Land was a great time and the kids had a blast. Also - the large playground down by the train station was a big hit! And if you are looking for a delicious meal, try out Mout Mountain Brewery - amazing food - just get there by 4ish to avoid a 1hr+ wait time :-) I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to North Conway who is looking for a home base vs a small hotel room. Being able to cook meals and have downtime when traveling with kids/family is so important - and we were able to all enjoy our vacation! We are already looking forward to planning our next North Conway trip and you can bet we will be staying here again! Thank you Laurie!"
