  • Relaxing Family Winter getaway at Tranquility Lodge

"We just returned from an amazing weekend at Tranquility Lodge. Many years ago my parents had a little chalet in Eaton, so when we found this place it was an opportunity for our family to take a nostalgic trip back in time to a place we all loved. This house is gorgeous and, though the photos on website are great, the place is even larger and more beautiful in person. We had three generations staying there; there was plenty of room for all 12 people to gather in front of the stone fire each evening. The open concept allowed for us to feel like we were all together yet have our own space. From the well appointed kitchen to the very large dining table and comfy sitting room, we were all comfortable cooking great meals and relaxing together. We took turns pulling the little ones (and Grandma) up and down the driveway on sleds, and also found a decent sledding hill down the road a bit. In the evening the kids were cozy and warm inside playing board games around the table with their cousins while the adults decompressd with a bottle of wine and marveled at the architecture. We verntured into town once to go on a sleigh ride...then raced right back to our winter haven. Not one person even attempted to turn on the television. A big thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful lodge with us. We'll be back!"

  • Excellent property

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bluffs - plenty of room for all of us, really nice beach area that is well maintained by the homeowners association only 1/2 mile away with a golf cart to get us there. Everything was as advertised. The owners were especially attentive and genuinely cared that we enjoyed their property. Morning coffee on the deck watching the sun come up was truly wonderful!"

  • Fabulous family memories made!

"This home was extremely gorgeous! So much attention to detail was given! It was close to everything we enjoyed &'at the end of a long day it was nice to come home to someplace so very comfortAble. The layout promotes family time & there were plenty of family games to play provided. Linda, the owner, was so nice & easy to reach if needed. We can't wait to plan our next family getaway! We highly recommend this property!"

  • GREAT VACATION SPOT

"Tom, We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The trip started out well when my grand kids saw a small black bear on the way in to the condo. The neighbors were really nice. So close to story land we were able to go two days which the grand kids enjoyed. We had 10 of us there and there was plenty of room. The condo itself was very clean and nicely stocked with spices to use. The club house right down the road was fabulous. We swam every night and day we were there, played pool and ping pong and even had a cookout using the gas grill at the function hall. Fantastic!!! The grand kids loved it. I only have two negative comments to make. 1st is your pictures do not do the place justice. It is definitely much prettier a place than is looks. The 2nd is the loft is a little tricky to manage up the stairs. Many could not handle the climb. Hopefully we will use your place again. Thanks... Dave Fiore Exeter N.H."
