  • Love Spray Beach!

"Great house rental! The separate living areas on each floor made it very easy for 2 families to vacation together while still having space to be apart. It was also almost impossible to hear what was going on downstairs from the upstairs area which was also very appreciated. Loved having the access to the locked shed in the patio area, usually don't have access to storage areas when you rent on LBI. Place was super clean when we arrived."

  • Great Home in a Great Location

"We stayed at this wonderful home in August 2014. Being pet friendly really helped since our dog was sick earlier this year. It was a great home in a great location for our family. Communication from the owner was prompt and he was a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful and comfortable family home."

  • Best of the best! This house has everything-Denise, Todd, Sam & Sarah are especially kind & helpful!

"Opening the door the first day was the beginning of a wonderful week. This home was totally SPOTLESS everywhere & smelled marvelously inviting too! The kitchen was amazing w/top quality appliances & every tool, dish, pan, bowl, glassware (including fine wine & margarita glasses). Loved the huge granite island w/barstools & automatic floor sweeper! Three bathrooms were large, immaculate, modern & updated-designed to accommodate multiple guests at one time-no waiting! Also nice to find LOTS of towels, pillows & linens. The pool deck had sun from sunrise to late in the afternoon (almost evening) & the 2 Intex pool loungers provided were awesome for floating, reading, even sleeping!! The day room was bathed in the most glorious sunlight sparkling off the pool each day & it also contained a huge flat-screen TV & player, a Sony stereo w/3-cd changer & a surprisingly vast amount/variety of games, toys, dolls, hundreds of music cd's from Frank Sinatra to jazz, pop & country, a bookcase full of truly interesting books (my favorite was "Life is Short, Wear Your Party Pants") & videos. No need to bring ANY of that w/you!! Best of all was the front deck w/dining table & chairs for 8 PLUS seating/space for 6-8 more to enjoy SPECTACULAR sunsets & bay night views. On-street parking right in front was always easy to find & Bayview Ave was quiet enough to ride bikes down the middle most days. The garage holds a myriad of helpful tools (toolbox, air compressor, 2 beach bikes, paddles, wheeled coolers, folding tables, beach umbrellas, chairs, crab pots, etc. etc. etc.) A second dining table & 8 chairs is set up by the garage w/a very large stainless steel BBQ grill. All three decks (bayfront, pool, & side) have latching gates making it perfect for young children or pets to roam "freely" & safely. Very handy keyless entry. A 2-man kayak was perfect for paddling leisurely around the edge of the bay & down along the Island Beach State Park. We rented a pontoon boat (JSWatercraft) one day & were able to beach it right in front of the house to load guests & supplies & even moored it there briefly. The house is just a few blocks from a really cool playground, protected bay beach & long fish/crabbing pier & also just 2-3 short blocks from ocean side beaches. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery/liquor, & B&B Dept. store! We had 12 rental bikes delivered to the house (Beach Authority) & rode them up the boardwalk in the mornings before 11am. Wish I could say more here--just PERFECT!!"

  • A little slice of heaven

"Beautiful home. Owners very thoughtful. Nice block of Barnaget Light. We enjoy the "quieter" end of LBI. Easy access to beach via tram, which is on next block. We had a beautiful sunset cruise on the last night of our stay. Would recommend this property for vacation"
