  • Most comfortable vacation home!

"This condo was a real surprise, very clean with a "We're on vacation " atmosphere. Nice layout and close to the beach, fun park and shopping (my favorite), not to mention restaurants. The kids want to go again, they loved having their own room and said it was like a home at the beach. So reasonable priced and a wonderful way to end the summer. Thank you for giving my family such a nice experience!"

  • Wonderful Beachside Vacation

"This is the first time I stayed on the south side of LBI and because of the adorable cottage and the wonderful owner, I will be back next summer. The cottage was very comfortable for myself and one or two guests a day. I loved the proximity of the cottage to the beach. Taking my walks in the early morning on Beach Avenue was a real pleasure. Some of the wonderful local establishments were within walking distance. I did not want to leave Beach Haven yesterday and come back to 'reality'. Thank you Penny for making me feel so comfortable on my vacation."

  • Cozy and Comfortable with Character

"stayed at the beach haven belle with two families (each having 3 children), so in total 6 kids under 6 years old! yes, we are adventurous, but the house made it easy with lots of beds/bedrooms and a massive television hooked up with cable and wifi. we rented two cribs from a local store, and everyone else stayed in beds since there are lots of options, including twins and largers. we arrived to a house with lots of the little necessities, like washing machine and dishwasher detergent and then we went to murphy's (only a couple blocks away) for anything else, including groceries. and we got lunch for the adults at pearl street market almost every day (so close!). went to fantasy island twice, played mini golf, went to the arcade, went to the local concert a clock away (wednesday nights)....everything so close and easy. beach badges waiting for us at the house too."

  • Awesome Location!

"This place is the perfect location for someone who doesn't want to drive all over town. It's right next door to the Sea Shell, which is such a fun place to catch late afternoon bands and have drinks at the tiki bar...walking distance to my favorite little pharmacy and lots of other restaurants and shops. Joyce was very nice and easy to work with! Decor needs a little updating, but who cares, loved it!"
