Delightful Setting, Charming Condo, Great Location, Rich Amenities, Restful Stay
"My wife and I came with our college aged son and one of his friends. All enjoyed traveling on the Island by car and bicycle. We strongly suggest a trip to the Barnegat Lighthouse and Park. The local dining options run the full gambit from very causal/take out to three star. One week was not enough to experience it all.
The condo itself is pristine and very comfortable. Easily accommodating the four of us. The location couldn’t be better! And it’s fun to sit either at the picnic table, or on the Adirondack chairs on the porch to watch the goings on in the “Marina”. This has to be one of the best locations on the island (we went end to end a few times and even climbed the light house). The ocean beach entrance is two short blocks away. Very relaxing week, and we appreciated the beach passes, a very considerate touch. The barbeque came in very handy for preparing lunches and reheating leftovers from dining out the night before. Other than the coffee pot, the vast array of appliances sat unused.
Our neighbors were all great and very friendly. We enjoyed swimming, surfing, fishing and strolling (the island is flat so there is no real hiking). Hope this rave review doesn’t hurt availability when we plan to come back! ;)"

"This home has so much character. It has been nicely updated but still maintains the characteristics of the old beach.....but with some great additions including hot tub, outdoor Tiki bar, and surroundings like you are on Gilligan's island. Great location to the bay and beach yet quiet enough to get some rest and relaxation. Highly recommend to any family or group that wants to enjoy all that LBI has to offer."

"Loved the house, so close to the beach. Nicely set up for family cooking with a well equipped kitchen, outdoor grill and screened in outdoor table and chairs. The house is in great shape and well maintained.
The far south end of the island was very quiet, at least at the end of June. The trailers that were in the neighborhood are gone -- if you look at satellite images on Apple Maps they still appear there. (Google Earth has a more current image without the trailers.) No doubt this contributed to fewer people on the beaches.
Owners were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!"

"We spent memorial day weekend (May 2015) at this property with our children and another family. The experience was extremely positive and professional from start to finish.
Interaction with Property Management
Dealing with Travis from Conover Realty was straightforward. Contracts terms were exactly as discussed, and Travis was available and responsive to all questions prior to arrival. Travis was waiting to hand over the keys and walk us through the property at the specified time.
The house was perfect for what we needed, and the pictures reflect the current state of the property. The amenities were plentiful including a fully stocked kitchen, and what seemed like an endless supply of towels. The A/C was working perfectly throughout all the floors of the house, and we did not have a single issue regarding the property. Sitting out at night with a glass of wine by the lake deck after the kids went to sleep was extremely relaxing. The neighbors on both sides were very friendly and insightful regarding the area. It was apparent that the homeowners truly thought about the guests, and anticipated their needs.
Pool / Hottub
Not the homeowners fault, but the pool is on the colder side (we were there in May, so I assume it gets warmer during the summer months). Regardless, we still ventured into the pool. The hottub on the other hand was a perfect 100 degrees and always ready to go. Great option to have.
What would we change?
Other than potentially heating the pool slightly (understood that heating a pool is an expensive proposition), I don’t have any. It was a great trip all around."
