The cleanest rental we've ever had!
"We were most pleased with this house. The owners put a lot of TLC into their home and are gracious enough to share it with others. The place was impeccable upon arrival and really felt like a home (not a rental!). Great distance to everything, especially the bay beach and playground. We made some wonderful memories!"

"This property (home) was a perfect fit for my family. It was brief walking distance from beach as my kids loved that. The beach had movie night on the sand which was a great end to a wonderful day. Ice cream shop is one block away. Home was very clean and large and felt warm. I would recommend it to my friends and family and thinking of coming back."

"We had a lovely lovely time at the beach, thanks in large part to this rental and the wonderful owners! They were welcoming and sooo hospitable! And when my 2 y.o. daughter was sick, they found me an ear thermometer and let me know where the local clinic was in case I needed it.
I cannot recommend it highly enough, for the convenience and quality and we are looking forward already to our next stay!"

"Our week at the Jersey Shore in Lavallette was a great kickoff to the summer of 2015. We were there two weeks before the Fourth of July, so the town was still quiet and traffic was light. This property is on a quiet street midway to beach or bay. The local library and playground were only a block away. A new construction was about to begin next door, but we missed it fortunately! The floor plan of the house has a nice flow, and it is full of natural light and airy. The updated kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils. Most room sizes are comfortable. Master bedroom is roomy with a full bath. Only problem is that the headend of the comfy bed is in front of the noisy HVAC closet. Beware if you need to use bedrooms 3 & 4 they are accessible via a set of wooden, narrow, steep stairs with separate right/left food pads. There is probably a name for this design, but I don't know what it is! These upstairs bedrooms are in an attic with low ceilings, so the window ACs are a must. The enclosed porch is a good place to spread out and store your luggage and beach gear, but it's not not cooled. Hands down the best feature of this rental is the heated inground pool. It kept us outdoors and refreshed while enjoying some private relaxation and quality family time daily. While slightly overpriced for the vintage structure we would definitely consider returning in the future."
