"We loved our vacation at this beautiful beach house. There were 4 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of space for all of us. The location was ideal for the beach and bay (one block to both) and walking distance to restaurants and markets. We loved that the kids didn't have to cross the street to go to the beach and that the house had beach chairs, bikes, and kayaks for our use. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need. It felt like we were at home instead of a rental. We enjoyed the backyard and ate all meals outside. Christina was great to work with, answered all our questions, and returned our deposit very promptly. LBI is charming and not crowded at all. There is a lot of traffic arriving on Saturday, but I imagine this is the case everywhere in the summer at the Jersey Shore. We highly recommend this rental."Guest: Julie Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 27, 2014View listing
"A clean, user-friendly and comfortable home in close proximity to a beautiful beach and village amenities. What else does one need? The owner is very accommodating and responsive. Looking forward to doing it again."Guest: Charlie B. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 26, 2014View listing
"This house was very comfortable for my family. It's exactly as pictured and had what we needed for a great vacation. The location is very nice, a short walk to the beach was manageable even for the toddlers. Most everything is a short car ride away, including the ACME supermarket, although a short bike ride will get you to the Custard Shack, Haymarket hobbie and toy store and mini golf. You can walk to Daddy O for a cocktail or dinner, but we mostly cooked our meals in the lovely kitchen since we had small children with us. During our stay the weather was perfect for the beach so we didn't inquire about the pool at St. Francis, but having that option was a plus. The owner was very nice to deal with. We didn't have any issues, but I feel he would have been responsive to our needs if necessary."Guest: Ms GG Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 26, 2014View listing
"We just finished a two-week stay over the 4th of July at 4411 Ocean Blvd. Dave was very accommodating and helpful, and once we arrived we were so pleased. The house is literally right on the beach, with truly amazing views all the way around and couldn't be more convenient.... you walk out your door, and you're there! We have a little one being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean, made all the difference. Also it was very nice during his nap times to in the AM to sit out on the deck and enjoy the great view. This was our first trip to LBI (typically having gone to Sea Girt and beaches a bit north) and we really liked Brant Beach and the surrounding area, great for kids and families...close to shopping and not too far down the island, so quite easy to get to/from once you cross the bridge. The house itself is quite spacious and the rooms are on different floors, providing nice privacy and helping with noise et al. We had a great time and look forward to coming back!"Guest: Steve Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: August 1, 2014View listing
