  • Perfect Fall Getaway

"We stayed from Sept. 27 to Oct. 4, 2014. There were four adults in our party. Two had had knee surgeries earlier this year, so the fact that everything was on one level was a real plus. Location was great: close to the beach, shopping and restaurants were an easy drive away, and the neighborhood was quiet with little car traffic. (We saw more bikes go by than cars.) Inside had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Owners were courteous and responsive. Thank you, Sal and Laura, for a great week."

  • Great house, AMAZING location !!

"We just finished a two-week stay over the 4th of July at 4411 Ocean Blvd. Dave was very accommodating and helpful, and once we arrived we were so pleased. The house is literally right on the beach, with truly amazing views all the way around and couldn't be more convenient.... you walk out your door, and you're there! We have a little one being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean, made all the difference. Also it was very nice during his nap times to in the AM to sit out on the deck and enjoy the great view. This was our first trip to LBI (typically having gone to Sea Girt and beaches a bit north) and we really liked Brant Beach and the surrounding area, great for kids and families...close to shopping and not too far down the island, so quite easy to get to/from once you cross the bridge. The house itself is quite spacious and the rooms are on different floors, providing nice privacy and helping with noise et al. We had a great time and look forward to coming back!"

  • amazing little gem

"Can't say enough! This little gem is truly a gift given to my Husband and I! For one week of bliss! Simple in its way this home provides a very special down to earth setting for you and yours to sit relax and enjoy with a warm, sandy beach at your finger tips! Shopping is so close you can ride your bike! And Don't forget your fishing pole for that day or night surf fishing at the bottom of your seemingly very own entrance to the ocean! Not to mention the crabbing available just streets away at the bay! Plenty of places to eat whether it be a Pub or Fine Dining! Or just stay in and BBQ on the deck!Come see this property and fall in love as we did! And for this our many thanks!"

  • Delightful Setting, Charming Condo, Great Location, Rich Amenities, Restful Stay

"My wife and I came with our college aged son and one of his friends. All enjoyed traveling on the Island by car and bicycle. We strongly suggest a trip to the Barnegat Lighthouse and Park. The local dining options run the full gambit from very causal/take out to three star. One week was not enough to experience it all. The condo itself is pristine and very comfortable. Easily accommodating the four of us. The location couldn’t be better! And it’s fun to sit either at the picnic table, or on the Adirondack chairs on the porch to watch the goings on in the “Marina”. This has to be one of the best locations on the island (we went end to end a few times and even climbed the light house). The ocean beach entrance is two short blocks away. Very relaxing week, and we appreciated the beach passes, a very considerate touch. The barbeque came in very handy for preparing lunches and reheating leftovers from dining out the night before. Other than the coffee pot, the vast array of appliances sat unused. Our neighbors were all great and very friendly. We enjoyed swimming, surfing, fishing and strolling (the island is flat so there is no real hiking). Hope this rave review doesn’t hurt availability when we plan to come back! ;)"
