"My family had such a wonderful time staying in this location. It is a beautifully redone and elevated home with a spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1Q, 2 sets of twins), upstairs and downstairs living rooms with pullout couch beds. It came packed with amenities, including a kitchen stocked with dishes and cookwear , Cable TV, new washer/dryer, dishwasher, new grill outside, patio furniture, beach chairs.
It is conveniently located to a large number of local treasures. It is less than 1 block from the beach (no boulevard to cross!), next door to surf/bike shop, mini-golf/arcade (Hartland) with a quaint bakery/ice cream shop around the corner. There is also a pizza place (Joey's), a liquor store (Lang's), a toy store (Haymarket) and seafood (Ship Bottom Shell Fish) within easy walking distance.
The owners were very easy to work with and checked-in to ensure that we were satisfied and comfortable during our stay. We will definitely rent again! Thanks!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this house! This was the fifth year in a row for us and we look forward to number six next year. We were 10 people (7 adults and 3 children) and there is more than enough space for all of us. It is listed as accommodating 16 and I think that would work fine. There are many things that make this house afttractive. Number one is location. Being beach front is wonderful for the views as well as convenient access to the beach. We easily go back and forth between the house and the beach (which is essential with kids). The fact that is is also only a few blocks to the bay, allows for easy use of the bay for activities like kayaking and paddle boarding. It is easy walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, bagel shop, bars, retail stores, etc. Because it is only a few blocks from the causeway, it is easy to get on and off the island during peak times. The house itself is very comfortable and the extensive decks are wonderful. The owner, Chris, is a pleasure to deal with. He is extremely responsive and always tries to meet your needs. He continually is making upgrades to the house as well as keeping up with the maintenance necessary for a beach front house."

"My family has stayed at this house for a week in each of the past three years and will return again I am sure. The nicest home we've rented on LBI over the last 4 decades. Easily handles a large group with enough space for privacy. All rooms have private baths (a BIG plus). The elevator makes this a great home for visitors with aging family members. Deck(s) and views are wonderful. The large kitchen with dual sinks lends itself to great family cooking efforts. Frequent dolphin and even whale sightings are an added bonus. North Beach is a non-commercial section of LBI so there is no commercial activity around the home. Just a wonderful place to spend some time with friends and/or family."

"Loved the house, so close to the beach. Nicely set up for family cooking with a well equipped kitchen, outdoor grill and screened in outdoor table and chairs. The house is in great shape and well maintained.
The far south end of the island was very quiet, at least at the end of June. The trailers that were in the neighborhood are gone -- if you look at satellite images on Apple Maps they still appear there. (Google Earth has a more current image without the trailers.) No doubt this contributed to fewer people on the beaches.
