  • Perfect for family vacation -- large, clean, charming, quiet

"Extremely nice owners. Perfect distance from the boardwalk for us - not a long walk, but far enough away to be a retreat to something quieter for sleep. Great back patio to grill out + updated kitchen...wonderful for cooking. So happy we stayed here!!"

  • Real WOW factor

"From the first the owners were very nice. From phone calls and emails they were always on top of things and responded right away. Then vacation came and we could not believe how fantastic the house was. It was larger and nicer than we expected. They even had four beach tags, that saved us a lot of money and surprised us. Between the nice front porch and the great back yard we had so much out door time it was great. The street is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle yet close that we walked everywhere! We wanted to rent again in August but it is booked, maybe we will look at September. The house is updated from some of the photo's and the kitchen is even larger than we thought. These owners are fantastic. Thank you Mark and Donna for making our vacation special."

  • Reconnecting with family

"Great place for a family reunion! House is exactly as pictured/described and was well stock with dishes for large group. House was clean upon arrival. Loved the out door seating area and the screened in porch! Very close to beach and the bay! Particularly enjoyed using the body board which we found in the outdoor storage by shower. Weren't expecting it! Will happily rent this property again next time we are on LBI! Sunsets from the upper deck are wonderful! Fantastic stay with many happy memories made!"

"We loved our vacation at this beautiful beach house. There were 4 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of space for all of us. The location was ideal for the beach and bay (one block to both) and walking distance to restaurants and markets. We loved that the kids didn't have to cross the street to go to the beach and that the house had beach chairs, bikes, and kayaks for our use. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need. It felt like we were at home instead of a rental. We enjoyed the backyard and ate all meals outside. Christina was great to work with, answered all our questions, and returned our deposit very promptly. LBI is charming and not crowded at all. There is a lot of traffic arriving on Saturday, but I imagine this is the case everywhere in the summer at the Jersey Shore. We highly recommend this rental."
