  • Relaxing Labor Day Family Week in the Highlands!

"Great family vacation - age range from 60's to early 30's. Amazing Home! this is the 2nd time we have rented it. The house is spotless, and contempoary with an updated feel. Perfect location you can run in the am; walk to restaurants and short drvie to Sea Bright, Long Branch and of course Sandy Hook! The NYC ferry is so close and less than 1hr. In the evening we would walk to some cute little resturants in town with great water views. The owner Robin was very helpful ; and we could contact her via text if we had any questions. We would, definitely rent again! We had a WONDERFUL GOOD TIME there. We THANK the owner for sharing it with us.Thank you Robin"

  • Perfect get-away!

"My daughter and I spent a week in the 1 bdrm apartment and it was absolutely perfect. Clean, beautifully decorated, every convenience thought of and a great location. We were greeted by the owner, so friendly and welcoming and we felt right at home. I was looking for a place to recuperate after a back injury and this apartment was the perfect spot...highly recommend!"

  • Convenient and relaxing!

"This is a lovely place to stay. It's steps from the main part of the boardwalk (by Spicy's and JR's). The condo is spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The property, including the pool, is very clean and well-maintained. There are brand new appliances and the water pressure is very good (a minute detail, but important to me). The balconies were small and simple, perfect for unwinding between returning from the beach and hitting the boardwalk. There are numerical keypad codes for each door, rather than hard keys, which is great if you're traveling with many people. The owner, Andrea, is extremely nice and always available for any questions. She gives you the option of cleaning the condo yourself before leaving or hiring an local company. We chose to use a local company, The Shore List. They were affordable and did a great job. (They also supply linens etc. in case can you want to save time and space by not bringing your own!) Hint: If you choose to get the condo cleaned at the last minute, you'll have better chances if you book them for an earlier time (such as 8 a.m.). Overall our stay was great. However, be advised that there are quite a few stairs involved if you stay on the top floor!"

  • Real WOW factor

"From the first the owners were very nice. From phone calls and emails they were always on top of things and responded right away. Then vacation came and we could not believe how fantastic the house was. It was larger and nicer than we expected. They even had four beach tags, that saved us a lot of money and surprised us. Between the nice front porch and the great back yard we had so much out door time it was great. The street is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle yet close that we walked everywhere! We wanted to rent again in August but it is booked, maybe we will look at September. The house is updated from some of the photo's and the kitchen is even larger than we thought. These owners are fantastic. Thank you Mark and Donna for making our vacation special."
