  • Our summer vacation for over 20 years

"We have stayed at the big yellow house as our 3 sons have grown up and now they can't wait to return to Brant Beach to reconnect with each other. Being just a few houses from the beautiful, wide life-guarded beach and the gradual beach access is perfect for young families and even our niece on crutches. And now the young people can use the free boulevard bus for their night-time forays, if they don't just walk a block to Daddy-O's for one of their specials. I think this is the first summer my sister has not brought their wind-surfers which they launch at the bay beach just a few blocks south. The third floor "dorm" is perfect for collecting the whole extended family together. The large deck is an extra room and the 2 front decks are little "private" spots so there's plenty of space for everyone. The large dining room and table in the living room provide room for all ages. The kitchen is stocked with everything and we tend to cook and eat all our meals "at home", although we do enjoy a special breakfast or 2 at Scojo's or Moustache Bill's, and pizza from Panzone's. This summer Evan made a wonderful boiled shore dinner with fresh seafood and corn! The large washer and dryer keep everyone in clean clothes. We love the large outdoor shower! A perfect family vacation spot!"

  • Great location and great house in Beach Haven!

"Our family stayed at this lovely ocean front duplex last week: 4 adults, 2 young children and a dog and we really enjoyed the house! The house was clean, comfortable and it had all the basic things that you may need. if you plan to cook, you may just want to bring a good knife and don't forget the sheets/towels! You may also want to bring a queen size blanket for each of the 2 beds - the ones in the house were a bit small and need to be replaced. We forgot the sheets for one bed, so we had to purchase a set at the B&B store on the main drag!) The outdoor shower was great, washer and dryer on the outside worked well, and we had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the the deck overlooking the ocean (we had the first floor) just about everyday! Thank you Ellen - we definitely plan to be back!!!"

  • A great vacation!

"We just finished our first week-long vacation on LBI, and had a lovely time at this rental. Nicely-renovated, spacious, 2 blocks from the beach and close to downtown Beach Haven - and it was a huge plus that we could take our small dog along. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived, and it was fully stocked with amenities: WiFi, 3 TVs, well-equipped kitchen, deck, porch, grill, cute yard."
