  • Perfect family vacation house

"This is our 2nd year staying at this vacation rental and once again it was great. The location to the beach is excellent. The house is clean and is perfect for a big family. Look forward to staying here again next year."

  • Great place

"My wife, 7 month old son, and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and really enjoyed our time here. This is a great location, with beautiful views of the bay out of almost all of the house's windows, and it's a short walk to either the ocean-side beach, or a small calm bay-side beach that we found to be perfect for our 7 month old. The deck offered similarly great views of the bay and we did a fair bit of grilling and eating outside there. If I were you, I would ignore the two star review posted earlier. We hesitated a bit when we read the review, but trust me, the review is more of a reflection of the reviewer than of the house. The house WAS clean and tidy. Yes, it's not a modern, sleek luxury hotel room with top of the line appliances, but the quality of the decor and furniture are right in line with what you'd expect to find in a beach house."

VERY SWEET AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE AREA AND ATTENTIVE TO ANY CONCERNS OR NEEDS. THANX FOR A GREAT WEEKEND GETAWAY!!! WE HADNT BEEN TO SEASIDE FOR YEARS, BUT HAVE THE FEELING WE WILL BE BACK SOON."

  • Amazing beach house! Will visit again!

"My family and I stayed at this cute beach house. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. They provided fresh linens, and blow up mattresses and were very helpful with all of our needs. They were also easy to contact before and during our trip. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, pots and pans needed (we like to cook!). Also the grill outside was perfect for some bbqing. The weather was pretty cloudy so we played lots of games on the back porch overlooking the kids in the pool. Although it was a chilly weekend for us, the swimming pool was great! It also has a light/heater for night time swimming. The hot tub was also nice when the pool was too chilly. There was an ACME supermarket not too far and the beach was a great scene for morning runs. We only visited the beach for an afternoon but it was a short drive down the road which was super convenient. (3/4 mile) Definitely recommend this house for family vacations. Like the listing says, I wouldn't recommend more than 8 guest."
