  • Something for everyone

"My family and I rented this open, airy comfortable beach house for a week and we were so happy. We hosted three generations and a puppy and there was something for everyone. My 86 year old mom was comfortable on the first floor bedroom and easy access first floor shower and bathroom... My non beach loving husband enjoyed reading and relaxing on the front porch where there was always a breeze ... My twenty something daughters and their friends were at the beach daily ... riding bikes, visiting shops in PPB and Bayhead ... and enjoying karaoke nights at the Ark and fun times at Wharfside patio bar. I hosted friends and family with home cooking in the fully equipped kitchen ... outdoor deck and grill, or nearby restaurant ... Luigi's delivers! And last but not least our puppy was frisky and safe in the private, fenced and gated back yard which worked for all of us. Other highlights outdoor shower, easy wi-fi, ceiling fans, a/c (not needed) ... A win all around! Next year I'm coming back for same week ... Maybe two!"

  • Great Beach Front Location!

"It was a great beach house with plenty of room for my entire family! The views were spectacular! My only problems were that the cleaning crew did not show up till 5 minutes before we were scheduled to rent (no reflection on the owner) and that there were no stem glasses for our wine. That is not a big problem at all, but not to worry, we bought some for the house and there stem glasses now. With 6 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms we were all in Heaven. The owner was very accommodating and answered all my emails, questions and concerns. He had a great property manager too. I would highly recommend this house!"

  • Absolutely Wonderful

"Our family wanted to stay at the shore for the holiday this year and I think it was one of the best Thanksgivings. Chris is a pleasure to work with and very honest. The views were impeccable as the house is directly on the beach. Private, safe and comfortable. Fortunately we had a few days in the 50's, which was a pleasant surprise for November. We had family from 5 months to 80 years old and everyone truly had a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning again soon. Thank you."

  • Perfect Beach House

"My boyfriend and I rented this house last minute (called Josh 1 day before arrival.) When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised how clean and well kept the house was. We stayed on the second floor which has an entrance from the backyard, and a porch on the front and back of the house. There was a small storm earlier that day and the BBQ was knocked over on the back porch. We let Josh know and he had someone over the next day willing to fix it. There is air conditioning in each room so the house was always cool. The kitchen was a little small, those pictures are not shown on the listing, but it was well equipped and worked just fine for 2 people. The beach is SO close. We woke up each morning and spent all day by the ocean. The walk is only a minute, so bathroom breaks were no problem. On the second night we had a problem getting the hot water to turn on in the shower and bathroom sink. We called Josh, as I didn't want to use the outside shower before getting ready for a nice dinner, and he had his handyman there within an hour. When we returned to the house the hot water was working fine. We walked to the Chicken or the Egg twice during our stay. It's always busy but it's so close and definitely worth it. Liquor store is a 2 minute walk and there is also a bike rental right by the house. We parked the car right in front of the house and barely touched it for 4 days. This was the perfect house for us (couple in our 20's), as I'm sure it would be for couples of any age or families of 4. Josh was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely look into staying here again!"
