"I recently planned a party for my brother and some friends. We were looking for a nice outdoors weekend. The house was great. It was very quiet and relaxing and the provided boat, canoe and 2 kayaks were great for spending time on the lake. We also went paintballing and mountain biking. Each was only about 30 minutes away. I want to thank the owners for being easy to work with and definitely plan on staying again sometime."

"This 2 bedroom condo had gorgeous scenery and was extremely comfortable. My husband and I stayed there with our adult daughter who had a few days off from work in NYC. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day of hiking on the nearby Appalachian Trail. Wendy was very flexible and patient with us since we had to change our check in date last minute. It was a fabulous stay and and a very easy process for checking in and out. I would highly recommend this property for everyone!"

"Rented this house on Lake Hopatcong for most of the Summer with my wife and 2 kids. Best Summer ever! The house has everything you could want and is in terrific shape. The views from the deck, especially in the evening are spectacular. It was our spot for dinner every night. The zero entry beach is a true gem for the adults and the kids. Great views of the sailing races on the weekends. We would have rented again but ended up buying a house on the lake. Happy we found a house but will miss this one."

"Those are just some of the adjectives that attempt to describe this hidden gem located near Lambertville, NJ. The reason for the visit: a family reunion with folks coming in from as far away as California and Georgia. The property and the amenities were beyond our expectations. All who attended kept raving about the grounds and the homes: main house, carriage house, pool house and game room. And one of the best parts was the separate barn yard area where the kids got to visit the goats, chickens, ducks, cow, calf, and papa bull. What an experience! This was all enhanced by a more than lovely walk across a covered bridge with a running stream underneath. I could go on for pages waxing eloquent about this property, but suffice it to say this is THE home rental to consider if you want the perfect ambiance, a more than well-appointed home, and truly a wonderful time. Many thanks to Brookmill Farm, great memories were made!"
