"Awesome home and great location. We had 2 families. There were 6 kids in the upstairs room and they lived the large space. Both bedrooms on the second floor were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the family room was very comfortable. The beach access was close and the beach was fabulous. Thank you!"

"This was my first vacation in Wildwood Crest in over 20 yrs - it did not disappoint. Seapointe Village is an excellent choice. The location is perfect for any activities in the Wildwood / Cape May area. The complex itself has alot for kids as well as adults and the private beach & lunch hut is just a few steps away. The beach tiki bar was a pleasant surprise! I definitely recommend a stay at Mike's condo it is very clean, well maintained and great for couples or small families."

"Our stay for the week was spectacular. Nice quiet location, clean heated pool, The 4 balconies overlook pool and ocean. Pay attention to the address. This is on the south side and not the north side. Units are numbered the same on both sides. We really liked having the heated outside shower to rinse off the sand and also the outside storage for beach gear. The kitchen was well equipped and TV's in every room. This area keeps you busy and the beach is very clean. The Cape May zoo is awesome, Royal Flush fishing was great. The Lobster House and Tony Lukes (cheesesteaks) were tasty. The property was most enjoyable. One senor, 2 adults and two kids. The property sits at a dead end so you don't get the traffic and there is a tiki bar on the private beach."

"This was a beautiful condo. My sister stayed at a 2-br in the Pinnacle building, so I have a basis of comparison. The colors of this condo are soothing and the couch was very comfortable. It was super clean; not a spec of sand anywhere. This top floor condo opens to a vaulted ceiling with double tall windows and lots of light.
There were lots of sheets and towels available (others require you to bring or rent linens). Also lots of pillows, two of which were new in plastic. The full size washer & dryer worked well and dried wet pool towels quickly. All of the appliances are dated, but they worked well. The microwave has no turntable or popcorn setting (if you want to make popcorn). The fridge was super cold and kept everything cool even when a storm knocked out the electricity for a couple of hours. The air conditioning works very well to cool the place.
Both BRs are a good size. The master has a walk-in closet (!!) with lots of hangers. There is an en-suite bathroom with a deep tub and lots of mirrors. The second bedroom has twin beds and a large closet. Both bedrooms have TVs; the master TV has a built-in DVD player. The living room has a small TV but also has a blu ray DVD player. There aren't a lot of channels available, but we picked up a wifi signal and streamed netflix at night. As with any rental, you may have some items left behind or may need to provide these: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, cleaner (to wipe down counters), dish sponge, dishwasher detergent, ice. There is an Acme grocery store about 3 miles away.
Overall, the place is very quiet and peaceful. The renters aren't obnoxious and the owners are very pleasant and helpful. There's a gym in Pinnacle building for general use. The private beach has a lunch shack and several tables with umbrellas. This beach does not provide chairs like some neighboring private beach complexes, but there are a few straw umbrellas you can sit under.
Next door at The Grand is a beach bar and a coffee shop you can walk to in the morning. The small hotel next door has a nice restaurant you can walk to with indoor and outdoor eating.
The pools are amazing. There are several, but we stuck with the multi-level one with the "slide". My son (7) and nephew (11) loved it. There are lifeguards at all the pools.
The owner and realtor are very helpful and great to work with. Grounds are well kept and cleaned frequently. 24 hr guard at the front."
