  • Even better than we expected!

"To celebrate my birthday, my friends and I have made it a tradition to rent a beach January. We find rates to be reasonable, the area is peaceful, and we always end up having a good time just hanging out together. This year, twelve of us stayed at Pat's North Wildwood home. First, the rental process itself could not have been more effortless. Pat was quick to respond to questions and concerns via email and even returned our deposit sooner than expected (although it was post-dated, I feel this may have been an oversight...not a big deal). The house was even more lovely than we had expected. The pictures really don't do this home justice. There was plenty of space for the twelve of us to hang out comfortably and still be in the same vicinity. The finished basement with pool table was a great addition, especially for the guys to watch football on Sunday (it does get a bit chilly down there, but it's to be expected in January). The master bedroom and bath was enormous, and all other rooms were a good size and each included their own television. Plenty of bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen with two sinks, quiet block, gorgeous ocean view, a short walk to the sea wall, the benefits of this rental are endless. All twelve of us agreed that the place was just about as close to perfect as you can get. We all just loved it and can't wait to go back next year! One last random thing...the recliner in the living has to be the most comfortable chair I've ever sat on! Most agreed and we were often racing to sit in it first :)"

  • Wonderful trip at Willow Cottage!

"We were in town for our daughters Coast Guard graduation. Willow cottage was everything that was advertised and more. Janice, the owner, is more than helpful with questions regarding the area and is MOST accommodating. Our family had a wonderful time, and would NOT hesitate to stay here again, nor recommend it to family and friends. The sunsets on the bay are magnificient, and this home is very centrally located to all of the "things to do" in the area. You are not renting a house when you rent Willow cottage, you are renting a home! The only negative is that we were not able to stay longer. If you are interested in using the Cape May-Lewes ferry, Willow cottage is less than 10 minutes away, and it was a great expierence. Thank you Janice!"

  • Great Beach Rental

"This is a fantastic place to spend a week at the shore. The apartment is on a very pleasant street maybe 30 yards from the beach entrance. The neighborhood is residential so it is much quieter than Cape May. The beach is lovely, on the bay side with quieter water than off of Cape May so it is great for swimming. The apartment is quite large, not at all clostrophopic. It is comfortably and tastefully furnished. The kitchen equipment is very adequate. One activity we really enjoyed was taking our bikes on the nearby Cape May-Lewes Beach ferry ($28 round trip for 2). There is a beautiful bike trail in nearby Henlopen State Park which goes through the marshes on the way to Rehoboth Beach. DL. Only negative was the need to bring towels and linens. The extra packing space required for this is a little inconvenient."

  • Turkey Day in Cape May!

"Comfortable property. Cozy kitchen has plenty of plates, cups, and silverware. Large and small appliances are clean and work great. Entire unit was clean and great for family with children. Parking is underneath and the only entrance is up a narrow flight of steps. Living area to bedroom level is 6 steps up. WIFI and TV great - extra blankets for chilly nights. Entrance to this unit is off of NJ Ave not Beach Ave and view of beach is somewhat obstructed but still beautiful."
