  • Even better than we expected!

"To celebrate my birthday, my friends and I have made it a tradition to rent a beach house....in January. We find rates to be reasonable, the area is peaceful, and we always end up having a good time just hanging out together. This year, twelve of us stayed at Pat's North Wildwood home. First, the rental process itself could not have been more effortless. Pat was quick to respond to questions and concerns via email and even returned our deposit sooner than expected (although it was post-dated, I feel this may have been an oversight...not a big deal). The house was even more lovely than we had expected. The pictures really don't do this home justice. There was plenty of space for the twelve of us to hang out comfortably and still be in the same vicinity. The finished basement with pool table was a great addition, especially for the guys to watch football on Sunday (it does get a bit chilly down there, but it's to be expected in January). The master bedroom and bath was enormous, and all other rooms were a good size and each included their own television. Plenty of bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen with two sinks, quiet block, gorgeous ocean view, a short walk to the sea wall, the benefits of this rental are endless. All twelve of us agreed that the place was just about as close to perfect as you can get. We all just loved it and can't wait to go back next year! One last random thing...the recliner in the living has to be the most comfortable chair I've ever sat on! Most agreed and we were often racing to sit in it first :)"

  • Great Home! Fabulous location!

"Listing is very accurate. Great, clean, comfortable home. Watch the video for an exact idea of the layout. Quiet family friendly block. Steps from the boardwalk and beaches. I highly recommend staying here. We had a big group (8 adults and 3 kids) and the house was a perfect size. The deck was my favorite part, loved the ocean breeze. Homeowner was a delight to deal with. Answered all my questions quickly. There was a slight issue with the air conditioning right before my trip. The homeowner filled me in and kept me completely updated. The issue was fixed quickly."

  • Another Great Visit

"For the second year in a row, my family and I stayed at this absolutely perfect shore home. The design and furnishings are great and it's always in beautiful condition. We love the proximity to the beach, the boardwalk, the playground, and Russo's Deli (our favorite), but more than that, the owners have thought of everything to save you time and trouble - great things for a vacation, especially if you're coming from a distance. Don't worry about bringing bikes, boogie boards, chairs, an umbrella, or even the carrier for the beach items. And for me, the internet access is a real plus. For years I spent the early morning hours at McDonald's downloading my email. Now, I can do it at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee in front of me and be there when the kids wake up. The beach is perfect. Not too big like down in Wildwood proper and not to narrow like up towards the point at 4th and 5th street. And this year, we had another pleasant surprise - the lifeguarding. We stayed there the week the hurricane road up the coast and while our weather wasn't affected, the rip currents and waves were the biggest I can remember in over 40 years at the Jersey shore. For the 1st 3 days of the week, I watched our lifeguards truly "work" the beach and the ocean. We felt completely safe, and so did the kids. Just another reason we love this location. Finally, I'll just say that dealing with the owners is a complete pleasure. Everything is done over email and we were literally emailing with them the day we arrived when we had a question or two. They are terrific people and their attention to detail and true desire to make your week the best ever come through in every detail of the house. I would strongly recommend this wonderful family oriented home (and street) to anyone. Thanks for another memorable stay!"

  • Close to everything

"The condo and owner could not have been more perfect. We took our bikes and there were plenty of bike racks to lock them up without having to leave them on our car. The location is close to everything and we didn't need to get into our car for the entire week. The only down side were the noise from the unit above all night long. However, they left 2 days earlier than we did, so we had 2 nights of peaceful sleep. The unit itself contained everything you would need and everything was in perfect condition."
