The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
I truly hesitate to say too many good things about this property because I want it to be available for us for one month the next time we go to Taos!! We literally fell in love with this elegantly appointed home. I had everything I needed and the kitchen was beautifully stocked. The very best feature was the large private patio which we used everyday. I was able to walk everyday to the town square and back (about 2 1/2 miles total) and felt quite safe."

It as a large, private, and pretty property. The lot was very nice with the trees and smalll stream.
"We loved the big patio and the tile downstairs was perfect for our labador. The house was very well maintained and made us feel at home. The moon rising through the trees in the evening was outstanding while sitting on the patio. The location was perfect for easy, quick access to Red River or Taos.I would be happy to stay at the property again or recomend to my family or friends."

"This is a free-standing guesthouse on the gated grounds of a private residence. Well located and very private. 5 minute drive to Taos, yet still in a quiet rural area. Excellent easy access and parking. Cable TV and broadband Wi-Fi. Good cell reception. Separate bedroom, living area, small full kitchen and bath with large shower and reliable hot water. Everything was in good repair and worked flawlessly.
Betty is a great hostess who met us on arrival, then gave us great privacy. Delicious fresh blueberry muffins were in the kitchen on our arrival, along with bottled water, K-cup coffee and fresh flowers. Pantry had lots of what we needed (salt, sugar, cooking oil, etc.) so check on what's already there before going to the store. We arrived just after a rainstorm, and the hollyhocks were blooming 4 feet tall all around the guest house, with hummingbirds buzzing around during morning coffee on the porch. Nice patio with BBQ grill and outdoor table with seating for 4. Great trout streams in the Sipapu area just 20 minutes away. The guesthouse and grounds were meticulously clean, and the house was well supplied with everything we needed, so we had an easy, excellent and comfortable stay with no worries. Enthusiastically recommended."

"We have rented houses for family vacations for many years and this was the most pleasant experience we have ever had. The homeowner was extremely responsive from the first inquiry to the deposit refund check almost beating us home! He gave very detailed directions as well as helpful hints for combatting altitude illness.
This was our first ski in-ski out experience. It is definitely the way to go--no wasted time and no need to use the car.
The house has a great footprint and every amenity you could want or need. We watched lots of the movies and worked a few puzzles. The bedrooms are very spacious.
We had two small grandchildren with us who loved the deck covered in snow. They built a fort and we could watch them from inside the house.
We highly recommend this place!!"
