For me, one of the best rentals ever
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
I go on three or four vacations a year staying in rental houses or apartments, and Casa de Olivia is possibly the best place I've ever stayed in. The house is huge - a real bargain for the price - with a very nice decor, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for eight people, a thoroughly equipped kitchen (an important point for me), a large barbecue grill, lots of lounging space outdoors and a great location, within walking distance from just about everything that's interesting in Santa Fe. I would heartily recommend it for anyone staying in Santa Fe. I am giving it the highest rating in everything except "general condition" - my only complaint is that some of the sink taps and drains didn't work well (although those old-fashioned fixtures are part of the charm)."

"A beautiful property with incredible views! This is one of the few houses I have found on vrbo that actually "feels" like a home rather than an empty rental house. We had seven with us and there was more than enough room for everyone in the lovely property.
The kitchen is HUGE! And if it weren't for all the incredible food in Taos (and our short visit) I could have easily had enough room in the refrigerator as well as space, dishes, pots, and pans to accommodate cooking. The bathrooms are pristine! Plenty of hot water - even for seven! No mold, mildew, or nasty anywhere in this house. The appliances were all relatively new. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were great. The gardens and outdoor space continued to lend themselves to the homey-feel of the house.
I thought I would mind having the owner's additional property on the land as well, but we never once saw them.
There are some fragile pieces of decoration as well as art in the home, so I would probably discourage people with rambunctious children, but if they are listeners then you'll be fine.
My one and only complaint is the driveway is a bit bumpy, most likely from all the rain lately though and NOT the owner's fault.
Overall, it is an INCREDIBLE HOUSE on an GORGEOUS piece of property that is so conveniently located to Taos it is ridiculously easy. I cannot say enough praise about the house. And we will be returning to visit this wonderful spot again soon!
Thank you Gail! This is truly the ideal house to rent on vrbo and the standard by which everyone else should be measured."

"Casa Gallina is one of my all time favorite places to stay. The casitas are comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, convenient to town. The country setting is delightful and Robert, the owner, is so attentive and gracious. He brings homemade goodies every morning and fresh eggs from his own chickens. Every detail has been thought of. I absolutely did not want to leave. I highly recommend Casa Gallina. You'll love it!"
