Spring Break 2015
"We rented this lovely home for a week. It was fantastic! After skiing during the day, we would walk in to old Santa Fe for dinner and sight seeing. The location is ideal. Our property manager met us on our arrival with a bottle of wine and a bag of ice. She had great suggestions on where to dine. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. Had a huge fireplace, outdoor decks and a master suite bigger than our first apartment! Our plan is to return next spring break for another week!"

"We are 4 seniors who enjoy traveling together often. We all have agreed that the Texas Treehouse was one of the very best homes we have stayed in. I think it was the best on that side of the mountain. The home was immaculate and so easy to just move into. Every convenience was there. The view was fantastic. We were able to experience different weather conditions, from sunny to a strong rain, but enjoyed each one from the covered porch. One late afternoon, we found ourselves enveloped in an actual cloud we watched roll trough the valley below. We were greeted by deer when we arrived and visited by turkey and many different birds. Attractions were just a few minutes away. So many restaurants (Lincoln County Grill is very close and such a good breakfast or lunch) to choose from in all different price ranges and be sure to visit the big casino, Inn of the Mountain Gods, just to see the beauty and design. Also took day trips to White Sands, Three Rivers, Cloudcroft (Rebecca's Restaurant at the Lodge for lunch} and Ski Apache for the snow. Thanks for sharing your home. We will be referring to this trip for years. NOTE TO VISITORS: Be sure your GPS is up to date. You will need it."

"We spent a week at Casa Perla in August for our wedding anniversary. Having been to Santa Fe several times before we were familiar with the downtown area and found the location to be perfect for walking to all the nearby attractions and restaurants. The casita was in perfect condition, spotlessly clean, had a full kitchen, and had everything else we needed to be comfortable including a private courtyard. We are very picky travelers so this made the difference for us, having previously stayed at La Posada and Inn of the Anasazi and being less than satisfied at those hotels. We were most impressed with Caroline and her hospitality and will stay here again without hesitation. Very highly recommended."

"This charming storybook cabin offers a magical retreat that aptly confirms New Mexico as the true "Land of Enchantment." After daily excursions to places such as Bandelier, nearby pueblos, or the museums, shops, restaurants, and art galleries of Taos and Santa Fe, we always looked forward to the comfort and quiet of this beautiful cabin. Constructed of found and repurposed materials, decorated with Navajo rugs, art work, and comfortable furniture, it reflects the creativity, imagination, and good taste of the owners. We look forward to another visit and would highly recommended it as a vacation destination."
