A special place, in a special place with special people
"The property is very comfortable with spectacular views of mountains and mesas at both sunrise and sunset. The down bedding, radiant floor heat and passive solar made even the coldest outside temps (0-10 degrees F) something to come in from and forgotten. Additionally, Carmen and Pat are wonderful ambassadors to Northern New Mexico. They are welcoming and gracious hosts who are willing to share their local knowledge of outdoor activities (hiking, skiing, hot springs,...), restaurants, art galleries and holiday events. The Christmas Eve at Taos Pueblo is a lifetime family memory. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to visit again!"

"Our adult family of 4 stayed New Years week. Casa Seco was lovely in every way! Well appointed, comfortable and great views of the mountains! The heated floors and fireplace kept the house cozy in single digit weather. Neighborhood is quiet and restful! The Appaloosas next door created many photo opps in the snow. Arroyo Seco is within walking distance and Taos is 10 minutes by car. The owners were helpful and easy to work with. Can't wait to return!!"

"This was the second spring break that we stayed at this casita. From the peace and quiet, beautiful views, and comfortable casita it makes it hard to leave. Great location for heading to the ski valley or hanging out at local shops and eateries in Arroyo Seco. David and his dog Hedi are very welcoming and hospitable. Our daughter loves Heidi who she insists we have to buy treats for. This is place holds a lot of memories for us and we hope to stay here in the years to come."

"We had a wonderful week at Northstar, the cottage had everything we needed. The views were amazing and our host and her family were awesome. I highly recommend the outdoor bed! We brought out 18 mo old and found everything to be safe including the fenced in back yard."
