"This was our first visit to Santa Fe. We are so fortunate to have chosen Casita Arbolita. The location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, a market, and the historical plaza. We also had easy access for day trips to the surrounding area. After a long day sightseeing, it was wonderful to come back to the comfortable and serene atmosphere of the casita."

"This home is simply the best-- this was my second time staying at the house & it was just as wonderful as I remembered. It is exceptionally well-kept and equipped with all you need for a relaxing 3+ night stay! We made dinner at the house 2 out of 3 nights (the kitchen is fantastic) and used the indoor wood-burning fireplace every night. The bedrooms are both wonderful & the beds are super cozy. Sunset Park is just steps away and is a great place to watch the sun rise & set. The property manager's communication was great- she sent me access info a few days prior to the trip AND when I left my slippers at the house she even shipped them back to me.. very kind & accommodating. I can't say enough good things.. I will be back!"

""Perfect" is the word I used to describe my experience at the property to Caroline, the property manager (who also could not have been more accommodating, friendly, punctual and professional). The property is comfortable, quiet, wonderfully decorated, well-equipped and very clean. Its location is fantastic -- a block from Canyon Road in the heart of the historic eastside. I stayed for almost a week as part of a vacation/house-hunting excursion and the house perfectly suited my needs and impressed the friends who stayed with me. We walked to most places, lived like locals (the bookstore and coffee shop are directly across the street) and enjoyed both the house and the great patio and side yard, which were blooming with native flowers and plants. This is a comfortably elegant "home" that is managed very professionally. I'll be coming back!"

"This was our first experience renting a home for a vacation... We have 2 kids that have special needs, allergies and sensitivities. It is a tricky proposition to travel to unknown places! Ted was so patient while disclosing information about his home - everything from where his water comes from to the fabric content of his sheets, cleaning products used, available sources for food that would accommodate our needs...
Of course we were thrilled at the beautiful photos but what they don't show is the level of attention given to the home's upkeep. It is clean and so easy to be in! The views are simply spectacular... The spaces are open, free of clutter and so peaceful inside and out it is tough to get motivated to leave! The layout of the home is great - 2 bedrooms for the kids on one side of the home with corresponding bathrooms, the master bedroom on the other. Ted is funny and helpful and was available during our stay via phone if we needed something. Every accommodation for comfort has been accounted for. As you might have noticed from other reviews, there is an elderly dog named Seltzer that lives there. He is super cool - always sweet and good! We were concerned about allergy issues for our kids, but had absolutely none - he stays outside and was a wonderful part of our experience.
The drive into town (Sandia Crest, Albuquerque and Santa Fe were easy and scenic. At the end of a long day it was an amazing treat to head back to this peaceful and beautifully maintained getaway. We are grateful for the chance to have stayed here and will look forward to doing it again!!!! Look no further - you have just found paradise in New Mexico!"
