  • Love, Love, Love Hobbit House!!!

"My sister and I visited Santa Fe for a fall getaway and stayed in the Hobbit House for four nights. I had seen this listing on VRBO about a year ago and determined to stay in this unique property. My expectations were high, but the Hobbit House exceeded them all! From the moment you drive up and see the outside of this home with its awesome landscaping and cool architecture, your heart begins to beat a little faster with anticipation. When we opened the beautiful wood and stained glass front door, we were amazed to see the incredible interior of the home. Everywhere you look (even the ceilings!) you see fabulous artwork! The craftsmanship is just jaw-dropping. You just have to see it to believe the love that was put into the creation of this wonderland. The backyard, with its beautiful water feature, creates such a relaxing experience. We enjoyed watching the butterflies on the lush landscaping and hearing the sound of the waterfall as we enjoyed our morning coffee.....ahhhhh. The pictures are great but they cannot capture the feeling you get while staying in this quiet, peaceful retreat. The home welcomes you from the moment you arrive and is a delight until the moment you depart. Kudos to Sheila and Terry for anticipating every need of your guests and for creating and sharing this amazing home. Santa Fe is incredibly beautiful, but staying in the Hobbit House was definitely the highlight of our trip."

  • First Rate

"We were attending a wedding and needed a place for three couples and a 10 year old. We wanted something nice, clean, away from from the crowds. While the wedding was the primary task, we wanted to work in day-trips to ABQ and Santa Fe. This place was outstanding. Crystal was super easy and responsive. The house is modern and has all the amenities. The back patio is secluded and has a very nice grill. One of the many benefits is that all three bedrooms are upstairs. That makes it easy for the early risers to go downstairs and get the coffee going without bothering the others. Super nice, highly recommend."

  • Casa Perla

"Casa Perla is a great one bedroom casita! It is very clean, comfortable and high end. My wife and I had a great stay. The entire place has been recently upgraded and is in great shape. The shower and two sinks in the bathroom are very nice. We stayed in a couple of meals to get the feel of living in Santa Fe. It is great for this! For going out you will not beat this location! It is ideal and close to the plaza, Canyon road and everything!"

  • Great South Western syle Condo

"This is our second year staying in this fabulous Condo for all of July and August. Every downstairs room has different South Western ceilings (5) which we loved, and we really appreciated the selection of art work throughout, of varying different styles. We enjoyed the privacy of the yard which is well designed with numerous trees and flowers and also enjoyed sitting in the Portico during the evenings. Paul was really helpful in recommending things to do and places to visit. The two of us and our dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Taos and will hopefully be back in the future."
