  • Warm and welcoming!

"Original authentic adobe-100-year old cozy casita with warm and welcoming ambience, excellent location for walkers. King bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, and my husband was happy with the super-fast WIFI connection. The satellite television allowed us to watch our Thunder basketball game one evening, and we enjoyed a crackling fire in the kiva every night. Well-stocked kitchen for any cooking if you like, but so close (10 minute walk) to restaurants and shopping. A bottle of wine awaiting us was a welcome treat. We are fairly choosy and experienced travelers, and I don't have a single criticism abouth this place. My only concern in leaving such a positive review is that this casita may be booked next time we want to return!"

  • Perfect for family holiday

"We just finished a five day stay during Thanksgiving week. We were six adults and two youngsters. The house was ideal for us, very spacious, well furnished and equipped (better than most VRBOs we've seen), and in a great location. We prepared and ate our Thanksgiving dinner with no difficulty, and we easily walked downtown whenever we pleased. The house is kid-friendly, and our active 3-y-o boy could wander freely. The owner and the local manager were cooperative, accessible and helpful. We didn't need any special assistance, but it was available if we needed it. We're already considering another visit and recommend this house to anyone who is looking for (and willing to pay for) a vacation rental that's well above average."

  • Christmas in Albuquerque

"My daughter just moved to Albuquerque, and hosted Christmas for the family. My husband and I chose to rent this wonderful house from Richard, for the two week stay. It was so charming, and Richard had it decorated for Christmas for us. There was plenty of room to have the family over for a few dinners, including Christmas dinner, that we cooked there. He had everything we needed to cook with and serve with. Also, everone was very comfortable to sit and visit (or nap on the day bed) . It was perfect. I highly reccommend this residence. Also, if you have time and like to cook, Richard will do a cooking class for you!"

  • This lovely place never disappoints!

"We have stayed here three times and this place never disappoints. Lovely artwork, furnishings and a very cozy fireplace. A short walk to the Plaza, shops and restaurants -- and off street parking is a big win. Always very clean and organized. All-in-all a and very nicely appointed space with plenty of room for cooking, relaxing and very comfortable living."
