"Very nice - looks exactly like ad photos. Spacious. ** Location is great. Within 5-minutes of many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Beautiful views of the mountains (from outside). **Kitchen well equipped with assorted cooking utensils, dishes & glasses, cookware & storage containers, but could use some glass serving bowls & platters. Has a lot of countertop & space for prep. Nice eating area on the island. **Dining room table nice size, chairs not very comfortable, and only seats 4-people. **Family/TV room has nice windows/skylights for an open feeling. However there is limited seating. Has a 2-piece sofa/lounger - so only seats 3-people (the "3rd" person who sits on the chaise section has nothing to lean back on - unless they lean back with their feet & legs off the floor). So really only seats two. Also a "pretty settee" for 1-person. ~~~This unit sleeps 6 -people (eg. 3- couples) - so should also accommodate 6- people at the dining table and socializing area/TV room -- and with comfortable furnishings. **Bedrooms are all spacious, and provide plenty of closet & storage space. Nicest of the 3- bedroom suites is upstairs, & wasn't convenient for us because of inability to climb stairs frequently. Bathrooms all very spacious & nice. ~~~~~ An extra set of sheets would be nice - saves a 1/2 day washing/drying to re-use them. Note* there are 2-king beds & a regular size in smallest bedroom. **Loved having a garage! **Owner furnished several things that was appreciated! Including trash bags, paper towels, tissue, dish soap/cascade, laundry detergent/bleach, & bathroom soaps. Also coffee filters/single serve coffee packs & sweetener. THANK YOU! ~~~~~ ALSO, all the windows have nice blinds for privacy at night, except there are none on the TV room patio door - or the 1st floor bedroom patio door - which we used. We taped newspaper over them for privacy. It's a very heavily populated area). Would definitely rent from them this property manager again - something smaller for two people. OVERALL a great unit. And a very available & accommodating property manager."

  • An Excellent Place to Stay!!!!

"We so loved our stay at this casita and would gladly return! Tamra was great from our initial inquiry to the day we checked out. She came over day one and showed us how everything worked and then made a follow up call the day we checked out. She was full of info on things to do and see and places to eat. The casita was exceptionally clean and had everything two people could possibly want. We loved our morning coffee and evening wine on the private and quiet back patio. The bed was comfy with extra pillows available, nice bath with plenty of shower pressure and thick towels, the laundry was very nice to have since we were traveling for two weeks. We did much site seeing and walking around the lovely square in Mesilla. This was the perfect place for us to stay for our 5 days in south NM!"

  • Wonderful cottage with knowledgable hosts

"We have stayed at the cottage 3 times in the past year and a half (we have family in the area and stay here when we visit). Every visit has been wonderful, this cottage is perfect for our needs. We can cook if we choose or travel 10-15 minutes to Las Cruces for dining. The Saturday morning market is wonderful, you have to try the Original Las Cruces Kettle Corn, the line is long but worth the wait! Bud and Nancy are very easy to work with, knowledgeable about the area while respecting your privacy."

"The stay was pleasant On my arrival I wanted take a bath and found the bathtub had not been cleaned after I removed the plastic mat in the tub. It had hair and soap residue under the mat. I checked the toilets and they needed a cleaning as well. However, everything else was great! I appreciated the bed linens and feather pillows, the pool , and convenience of location. The master bedroom was a bit noisey as the main roadway runs right in front of building. Seems a tad expensive"
