  • Wonderful casa

"This is our second time to stay at Casa de la Fuente and it was all we could ask for and more. Such a lovely home filled with everything we need and in a great location, close to the rail yard and the Plaza. We love Santa Fe and staying in a home makes being there even more enjoyable . This home is very comfortable with lots of Santa Fe charm, and has a great patio and garden to enjoy as well. The owners really care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you, Mary and Jack, for such a very special experience. You are the best."

  • Cozy home for Taos Ski Trip

"First of all, kudos to Kitty and Joe, the very hospitable owners of the property. We had the privilege of meeting Kitty the day of our arrival. She is so friendly and helpful that it made our visit worry/hassle-free. Santistivan Hacienda was a wonderful cozy place to return to after a full day on the slopes. The "L-shaped" home is located on a quiet dead-end street very close to the plaza. We were 2 couples with 2 children and the house offered plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with more than adequate amenities. Although the center of the action was the kitchen, the living room was a nice place to relax on the couch and watch TV. The heated floors made the house warm and comfortable after skiing in Taos Ski Valley which was about 25-30 minutes away. Best of all, was the hot tub which was enjoyed by all especially under the clear night sky. It was perfect! In addition, the weather allowed us to sit outside and the use the patio. The photos are accurate and the property was clean and well-maintained. We truly loved the ecclectic quality of the home and look forward to coming back. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!"

  • Highly recommend!!

"Wonderful Thanksgiving weekend!! We stayed here for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. It was a great place for families from Texas & from Colorado to meet & have a memorable getaway! We had 3 generations there. Young grandkids up to older grandparents. This place had something for everyone! Angel Fire had a big snow right before our trip so much of our time was spent sledding right behind the house! Very fun! The kids couldn't get enough! When we weren't doing that, we were preparing meals & enjoying the open design of the living room/dining room/kitchen areas and spending quality time together!! The downstairs was a great getaway. If anyone wanted to be doing something different than the group, the downstairs offered games, pool table, hot tub, or relaxing in another living area. We highly recommend Angel View Haus!"

  • Could not have been better!

"I had the pleasure of staying in this little casita for two weeks this fall. The house was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was completely equipped, and there was even a laundry room with washer and dryer. The thick adobe walls of this old house created a feeling of security, safety and comfort. Even though the house is nearly 100 years old, it is well maintained and obviously loved, having been in the family for generations. The location was quiet, nestled near the Rio Grande and surrounded by mountains; yet it was relatively close to urban centers as well (Espanola, Taos, Santa Fe). Tom and his wife were warm, friendly hosts and made our stay there special -- for example, our very first discovery upon entering the house was a plate of freshly picked tomatoes and grapes from their garden! They gave us all the time, space and privacy we needed yet were always available to answer any questions we had. Tom even took the time to introduce us to some of his artistic neighbors and to show us some of the sights in the area. By the time we left, I felt we had made new friends. This is definitely a place I will visit again."
