"We had a fantastic week here at the Casita. The home was so easy to settle into. After a day or so, we felt like we'd been here a week (that's a good thing). The views are fantastic in every direction. Quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was well-equipped and laid out. Loved the radiant heating in the floors, especially on the patio, and hot-tubbing under the stars. Tom & Carolyn were quick to respond to a confusion on our arrival and that was appreciated. We spent a lot of time walking the gravel roads and watching the changing light and clouds over the landscape. And we've got the pictures to prove it. It was just a wonderful time!"

"The location of this house blew us away. The setting is exceptional in the beautiful foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The expansive views from the patio and the large picture windows in the living room, dining room and den are truly breathtaking - a pleasure to wake up to each day and enjoy while having morning coffee. We found the house to be very comfortable with its open layout and it was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. All the appliances are modern and clean and the gas barbeque, washer and dryer are brand new. To say there is so much to see and do in the area is an understatement. Santa Fe is only a 10 minute drive from the house and is full of unique museums, wonderful cafes and restaurants, historic buildings, interesting shops and art galleries. The plaza is always lively with buskers and vendors selling native artwork. Venture a little further and you can explore many amazing pueblo ruins, cliff dwellings, an historical ranch, a ghost town, picturesque villages, a super caldera and wonderful hiking trails. We attended a Feast Day at a local Pueblo and had the privilege to observe sacred dances. The house is centrally located to all the attractions in the area and it was lovely to return to this beautiful and tranquil property at the end of each day."

"My wife and I are veterans of VRBO and have stayed in about 15 different rental properties. Casa Quintana ranks near the top. The house felt newly decorated when we walked in. It was clean, bright and welcoming. The house is ideal for a couple. There is a 2nd small bedroom with a single bed but the space is perfectly suited for 2. We liked that the bedroom opened into a secluded yard with a hot tub or to the kitchen or to the living room. The home felt spacious and had plenty of spaces both inside and outside to sit. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The house had a covered portico for the car. We were 3 blocks from an Albertsons store and about a 1/2 mile walk into the center of town. During our stay we had trouble with the Dish TV. The owner immediately called a tech and we had service the next day. One small issue that I had is the wireless was slow in the house. But I experienced the same thing both on my cellular connection and wireless throughout Santa Fe. We will be back to Santa Fe and will look first to book Casa Quintana"

"What a beautiful home and in such a perfect location. The home is so comfortable with plenty of room. The stars at night are amazing. The hot tube was a nice treat at the end of the day. We are planning to return in the fall with some friends."
