"We've rented through VRBO for years and this is without a doubt our best rental. This is a beautiful home, wonderfully decorated and comfortable. The yard is landscaped so nicely and has front and back seating areas.
Be sure and read the red binder. This gives you important information for the house and everything in it. No reason to worry about how things work. Good info about town, too.
Las Cruces is a joy to visit. Great things to see and everyone is very nice.
Thanks, Mardi, for sharing your beautiful home with us."

"Our family of 5 got together for a week long vacation during the Balloon Fiesta. We had an amazing time! Justin met us at check-in and gave us a 30 minute introduction to the surrounding area which included information on full/half day trips, restaurants, activities, hikes, and an overview of Santa Fe. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for driving to the Balloon Fiesta, visiting Taos, Los Alamos, and Tent Rocks. It was a convenient walk to the galleries of Canyon Road, shopping, the Plaza, and the Farmers Market. We would highly recommend a stay at the Green House during your visit to Santa Fe!"

"We brought a small group of friends to the PPR for a reunion/hiking trip/hangout -- and it could not have been better. First of all, the accommodations are superb. We only had 10, but could have comfortably hosted twice as many. There's room for everyone to spread out and have some privacy, as well as come together for shared meals etc. Secondly, the location is perfectly sited between the Peloncillo mountains (sunrise side, to the east) and the Chiricahuas (sunset side, to the west). The views, light, and shifting perspectives enchanted us all -- and the starry skies at night were unlike anything we've ever seen. We were close to hiking and biking at all skill levels, as well as day trips to Douglas, Bisbee, Tombstone, Silver City, and other locations. The added bonus of having an estate manager on the property, with his extensive knowledge of the natural landscape, made our stay even more enjoyable."

"Really enjoyed the house and the view of the Holy Water is awesome! There was not much flow from the dam so that was a little disappointing since we came to fish it but the fishing was good in other spots so that made up for it. My only complaint is that I could not find any pots and pans...everything else was great. It is a fine house in a very scenic spot and the weather in the mountains was a welcome change from the triple digit summer we are having in Houston!"
