  • A Get Away From The Texas Heat!

"My husband, son and daughter-in-law, and I took advantage of this lovely home in August. The home is practically and perfectly laid out and on a large tract. No neighbor too close. Wonderful neighborhood for taking a walk and lots of trails in and around the sub-division. Although I brought my stainless steel skillet with me (can't cook without it) there really wasn't any need as everything was available for cooking and the little market in town had absolutely anything you might want. The weather was fabulous and while at the house we spent a lot of time on the front porch enjoying the scenery, and inside with all of the windows open enjoying the cool breeze. The owner was easy to work with and could not have been more personable or offered more assistance. We will definitely call Ted on our next visit."

  • Perfect in Every Way

"We loved Santa Fe! We were so pleased with this casita. It is exactly as described. It was clean and very well maintained. It was very spacious for two people. We tried to find a place to stay, so we could walk everywhere in the city, and this is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our manager, Phyllis, was so accommodating and helpful to us. She was always available to help with questions or needs. We took advantage of the very private courtyard for our afternoon cocktails and review of the day’s activities and planning for the next. We could easily walk to Whole Foods, the Railyard, the Plaza, and the many excellent restaurants. We were pleased that during the USA team games in the World Cup, the Railyard put up a giant screen TV and set out chairs free for the crowd. This city is built for pedestrians with signaled crosswalks everywhere. The museums alone will keep you busy for a week. Art and native crafts abound. Our car stayed at the casita most days. We tried to visit all the sites: Las Vegas, NM, Albuquerque, Los Alamos, and the many state and national parks in the area. There was always something to do or something to see. Thank you, Phyllis, you have made this trip one of the most special."

  • Great location, everything you need

"This condo has the perfect location. It is a very short hop to I-25 which will take you anywhere east or east and only a little farther to I-40 which will take you north and south. Great location for exploring NM. The condo is very well furnished with everything you need and the rooms are generous in size. I would not, however, recommend that more than 6 people stay here. It is obvious that a lot of thought was put towards making sure you are comfortable. There is a long flight of stairs to get up to the apartment, so anyone with serious disabilities would not want to rent this condo."

  • Wonderful Stay

"This is my second stay at the Adobe Casita. The casita had everything I needed to relax and be productive during my stay. Nancy is responsive and easy to work with. She is very accommodating. I highly recommend this cozy casita for your stay in Las Cruces."
