"House was comfortable for myself and my two teenage boys. Allowed us to save money on food and lodging. Easy walk to town. Quiet and we felt safe there. My only issue was the back bedroom was very warm. Hot spell in New Mexico and we had no way to turn off the pilot light on the wood stove in the room which heated things up quite a bit. Otherwise I would gladly return to this lovely home!"

"Thanks so much for my wonderful Taos trip. From walking into town to a short drive into the Carson National Forest. And best of all, was watching the clouds go by and star gazing at night on the patio. Everything I needed was right there in your lovely home. Thanks for thinking of everything. The one question I had was answered quickly. I would definitely recommend this."

"As the add says, a beautiful real log cabin somewhat secluded in a great wooded area. We had a family get-to-gather there celebrating my wife's Birthday, my Birthday, and our anniversary in the middle of October. Joining us was our daughter and family and my wife's Brother and wife. The amenities were great including great Wi-Fi, satellite TV, lots of games, a two car garage, three fat tire bikes made available (although we did not use them), and only 4 mi from town. At almost 8400 ft elevation, going up and down the stairs bring in supplies, did cause us to rest a couple times (we are both over 70). The only thing that was of concern, was that the installed phone had no dial tone and we were limited to cell phone text messages. Although if needed, we could have made a phone call via the internet. Besides the beautiful wood stove in the living room, there was a great fire pit outside where we had a hot dog roast one night. There were plenty of additional heaters if needed, but that was not a problem - the main furnace did fine. All this at a very reasonable price with no add on fees.
Would I stay there again and recommend it. You bet!"
