  • Wonderful Vacation Home with Fabulous Views

"The location of this house blew us away. The setting is exceptional in the beautiful foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The expansive views from the patio and the large picture windows in the living room, dining room and den are truly breathtaking - a pleasure to wake up to each day and enjoy while having morning coffee. We found the house to be very comfortable with its open layout and it was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. All the appliances are modern and clean and the gas barbeque, washer and dryer are brand new. To say there is so much to see and do in the area is an understatement. Santa Fe is only a 10 minute drive from the house and is full of unique museums, wonderful cafes and restaurants, historic buildings, interesting shops and art galleries. The plaza is always lively with buskers and vendors selling native artwork. Venture a little further and you can explore many amazing pueblo ruins, cliff dwellings, an historical ranch, a ghost town, picturesque villages, a super caldera and wonderful hiking trails. We attended a Feast Day at a local Pueblo and had the privilege to observe sacred dances. The house is centrally located to all the attractions in the area and it was lovely to return to this beautiful and tranquil property at the end of each day."

  • Family Trip Spring Break March 2014

"The condo was awesome. It was very nice and quiet. Very clean and great location. It was a great deal as well. We arrived earlier than the normal checkin time so the cleaning service did not have a chance to clean the condo. We confused the cleaning service by arriving earlier than expected. Teresa, the owner was very accommodating and kind enough to offer a cleaning service fee refund for the misunderstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a very nice place and great experience. Thank you Teresa. You have a wonderful place and we truly enjoyed it."

  • Most Excellent

"This is possibly the best VRBO ever! We have stayed in more VRBO's than I can count, but this one is stellar! The house is beautiful and well appointed, the kitchen is the berries. There is usually never enough tools, pots or pans, not only does this lovely house have all that, there's almost every spice you could need (a rarity in a rental), there is even a blender!!! With two beautiful bedrooms, a great bathroom, fantastic living area and a back patio with a hot tub to gaze at the stars! This is by far the most bang for your buck near Taos, you will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to be able to book this sweet house! The views, sunrise, sunset and nights are fantastic. Thank you Mary for making this one of the best rentals ever!!!!"

  • Great Condo in Santa Fe

"My husband and I stayed in this cozy condo in September for one week. It was comfortable, cozy and clean. We so enjoyed our stay! It is in a great location with the deck facing the mountains. A great place to enjoy coffee or a cocktail in the evening. We brought our black lab, Jake, and there was a great dog park within a couple of blocks which we took advantage of twice a day. The beds and sheeting were very comfortable and the furniture most comfortable. The condo comes well stocked and the washer and dryer was a blessing to have. The only negative that I can list about this property is the traffic noise on the street it faces. If you kept the doors and windows closed, it was no problem, but with anything open it was quite irritating. Santa Fe is a wonderful place to visit with the shopping, the galleries, the spectacular restaurants, the hiking and the views! We had a wonderful visit staying in this wonderful condo. Both Sally (owner) and Scott (manager) were extremely easy and efficient to work with. I highly recommend this Cielo Grande Condominium."
