"Our stay there was excellent, the house is beautiful and roomy enough for my entire family, we enjoyed the kitchen a lot especially my grandmother she had a great time preparing large amounts of food lol, I loved the fact that the golf course is just a couple blocks away... the neighbors were friendly as well, and Miss Julie the homeowner was very friendly and welcoming she said she did not hesitate to help me whenever I asked. All in all it was a great experience and if you ever staying in Roswell with a family big or small this house is perfect!"

"This was just what we needed, we stopped for a week on a cross country trek that had us worn out. Everything was easy. It was wonderful to open the refrigerator to groceries for a hearty breakfast or brunch without hurrying out to shop. Fresh eggs every day were such a treat. We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and sanctuary of this place and of the whole Roswell area. Loved the neighbors (sweet curious Alpacas). Susan was a perfect host, accommodating without intruding. Our dog loved being a farm dog. thanks."

"Excellent choice as a unique and comfortable place to stay while in Roswell area or passing through. The ranch is wonderfully remote, quiet and lovely. The casita is delightful. It's country cozy/western design is tasteful and fully functional. Patricia and Kim are lovely and helpful hosts. My son and I had a wonderful two night stay there."

"This was our second time to stay at the Roswell Roost. The home is exactly as described. We chose to return to Roswell and stay at the Roswell Roost because it is a great place to kick back and just rest. We hit a few of the big "alien" locations in town, museums and visited the Valley of Fires west of town. The zoo was a nice morning escape and we recommend Cattle Baron for its salad bar. But the main reason we came back to Roswell was to stay at the Roswell Roost and just relax. We did see a military plane the "Osprey" fly by a few times; it is an impressive plane. I was hoping for peaches on the trees like last time we were here but I was told that the winter was too hard and many trees did not fruit. The home is well-laid out and very comfortable. I love the new security system for the home itself. From the locked gated fence to the home security system you will feel safe. The neighbor is quiet and peaceful. For first-timers here to Roswell you will find many things to keep you busy, or not, as you choose but rest assured you will have a wonderful home to return to daily."
