"My family stayed here for four nights in November. One day it snowed and we could see the clouds drifting for hundreds of miles. The space itself is SO special: the loft has amazing light, the bed in the downstairs bedroom is comfortable and the main living area clean and really spacious. It was so quiet (except for my loud children) and peaceful. But for movies WiFi super fast. I cannot wait to return with just my husband because it is also a really romantic spot."

"from the moment i arrived i felt completely at home; i loved being here so much that i extended my stay from 4 weeks to 6! the tlc and attention to comfort and detail that has gone into casa st. francis is evident in every room. an added bonus was how warm and welcoming the owners were; every interaction i had with michael and francis was a delight.... their attention to detail and professionalism made booking, staying, extending, and checking out easy and simple. i cannot recommend staying here highly enough.... i'm already planning my return trip :)"

"We're frequent visitors to Santa Fe and usually stay in one of its many good small hotels. This time we waited too long to book, so decided to look for a small house instead. Turns out that our procrastination was a gift in disguise. The Acequia Madre casita is in the very best part of town: quiet and leafy, but just a block or so from Canyon Road, three blocks to the city's best coffee house and bookstore, and exactly one mile to the plaza (a lovely walk along Canyon Road and then along the creek on Alameda). The casita has all modern conveniences but also the advantages and charms of adobe construction. Plus, lovely outdoor space. It's bright, sunny, airy (love the high ceilings and beams), and has tons of windows (most of which open - with screens too, thank goodness). Super comfortable bed. Giant trees everywhere. And Ken and Peg were lovely, responsive hosts. We'd return again in an instant."

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Casita. The Casita is located in an area about 10 minutes outside of town, allowing one easy access to Santa Fe, yet immersion in the wonderful peace of the outdoors of New Mexico. There is a gently gurgling "pond" by the patio; adding to the sense of serenity. And, as others have mentioned, there are many thoughtful touches: extra toiletries, fruit, breakfast foods, local site guides etc.. Caroline strikes just the right balance of being helpful and available, yet respectful of privacy. We, and our dog, had a wonderful stay and will be back!"
