"I was impressed with the kitchen and all the cooking gear that was there (including nice pyrex storage containers for left overs). Things felt very clean and cared for. The condo has a great layout and feels bigger than it is. This is the quietest condo complex I have ever seen. Outside it isn't the prettiest, but I wasn't expecting it to be. The whole complex is a few blocks from the highway and you can hear the white noise of traffic at times, but as described it is the best location in that complex for quiet with other buildings blocking the noise. The view is beautiful although the picture of the mountains are a little misleading, since the mountains are not the only view you see (you see the other building and roads). I'm also very sensitive to smells and appreciated some of the care given to have the place be green friendly. I say some because there were some perfume smells (previous guest maybe and scented drier sheets). Overall though, a great value and great experience. Owners are responsive to emails too."

"We had been traveling across country, staying in hotels. It was wonderful to unpack and stay a while in one place. Let me just say there is no better host than Jerome. From start to finish, he communicated, he sent me copies of the rental agreement, we texted and emailed to make sure everything went smoothly. When we got into town, he met us at the house to show us around and answered any questions. He called the next day to make sure everything was going well. When my daughter left something behind, he offered to ship it to us. All things I appreciate very much. The home is very clean and spacious. We had our three adult children with us and we were all very comfortable. The house is stocked well and has great television. We don't have cable at home so to us, it was a treat to have all those channels to watch. We cooked breakfast every morning before heading out. Jerome has put a lot of thought into this. We hung out a lot in the back yard. In Portland, we have mosquitoes but not in NM so we really enjoyed hanging out and not getting eaten alive. We met the neighbors and they were friendly and helpful. The location is great. The home is located on the Northern end of Santa Fe. It's far out enough to have some peace and quiet, but you could walk into town. It's probably a couple of miles. The neighborhood is lovely and we felt very safe there. We rented bikes nearby and rode around a lot. Frank S. Ortiz park is just up the hill and we walked there to watch the sunset. The photos are very accurate and depict the home well. The loft area was a real bonus. My son pitched an air mattress up there and slept there. I have nothing at all, but good things to say about Jerome and our stay."

"We stayed the first week in June. We were happy with the clean, comfortable condo. It had lots of little helpful additions that made a vacation with toddlers a little easier - plenty of kleenex, napkins, trash bags, soap, etc. We usually have to buy these items at other condos. They had a box fan and cooler which we used daily to bring lunches on the go. It was a nice neighborhood for a walk and very quiet complex at all hours. Our only small complaint was that we did not like the sliding doors for the bedrooms. Sounds traveled through the walls easily so we had to stay fairly quiet after the kids went to bed. But we never heard anything from neighboring units. We loved the decor and comfortable furniture. We walked to the Plaza area a couple times and drove other times. We spent evenings on the patio looking at the mountains."
