"We stayed in the casita for 4 nights and it was great! Located at the base of Canyon Road it is a perfect location to take in all of the sites of Old Santa Fe. The Plaza and all of the historical points of interest are within easy walking distance. We will stay here again, and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Santa Fe."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
The only issue I had was to open the house up earlier so it cools down soon Eric."

"The Casita de la Paz was a delightful sanctuary of comfort and charm. It was furnished with all the necessary amenities including a comfortable king size bed. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and only minutes from downtown Santa Fe. Morning coffee on the deck was especially nice. A 4 star rating was given instead of a 5 star because we weren't able to connect to the WiFi router. Overall, a very positive experience."

"We've been talking about spending Christmas in Santa Fe for years, and this year finally decided to do it. We rented this lovely casita and were so happy we did. Decorated in charming cast-offs, southwest-inspired fabrics and original art, this adorable, cosy place was the perfect size for two adults, and our dog. It has all the necessary mod-cons, including a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a nicely equipped kitchen (with an electric tea kettle!) and two wood-burning fireplaces (note: be sure to push the grate all the way to the back of the fireplace, or you'll set off the smoke alarm, which we did ;-( The location is spectacular. We walked everywhere; to the plaza, to Canyon Road, to the rail-yard area (kind of a schlep but invigorating!) The off-street parking was very appreciated, especially since it was snowing when we arrived and parking on the street to unload would have been a chore, and possibly dangerous. The Casa also features a charming fenced in yard (which our dog appreciated) and a lovely veranda (which weather did not permit us to use, but looks very inviting.)
The only quibble I have involves entertainment. We arrived with a stack of our favorite Christmas movies, only to discover there was no way to view them as there is no DVD player. The unit does have broadband cable, but it is very limited (no movie channels.) So unless you are content to watch old episodes of "Hoarders," or "Love It Or List It" (with many commercial breaks) be sure to pack a lot of reading material. Other than this, it was a fantastic experience and I certainly hope we can return in the future."
