  • Our home away from home

"We just returned home after spending one month in Santa Fe @ Casita Sueno. It is a beautifully maintained and charming spot with every amenity and comfort you could ask for. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the beautiful outdoor spaces available for our private use. We also rented the attached spacious bedroom and private bath with it's own entrance for our family members that stayed with us part of the time. It is in the perfect spot for easy access to all the attractions of the area and you can easily walk to several shops and restaurants, as well as the downtown area. Bill & Linnea, the owners, have a private home on the property and were exceptional hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and highly recommend this property. Thank you Bill and Linnea"

  • A Beautiful Vacation Home with Great Potential

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect in so many ways, but improvement needed and could easily be addressed: poor water pressure in both upstairs bathrooms, broken kitchen faucet, light switch near vanity in master bedroom worked only occasionally, and TV in MB was only black and white. The kitchen is well stocked, but could really use a pancake griddle, meat thermometer, and more teaspoons (there were only four). Also, it would be nice if placement of plates, mugs, and glasses was more convenient for shorter people and children. Please consider improving the seating in the master bedroom, the wicker chair is very uncomfortable. Also, a mirror on vanity in MB is essential because bathroom mirror is too high for a shorter person. These are little things, but in a luxury rental, expectations are high. We did have a lovely stay, the house is beautiful and very well laid out, and the gentleman in guest services was very helpful whenever I called him."

  • Wonderful Casita close to historic area.

"The casita backs up to Canyon Dr and is within blocks of the historic section of Santa Fe. You can leave your car at the casita and walk to everything! The casita is nicely furnished and has everything you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable."

  • Wonderful Christmas in Santa Fe

"We've been talking about spending Christmas in Santa Fe for years, and this year finally decided to do it. We rented this lovely casita and were so happy we did. Decorated in charming cast-offs, southwest-inspired fabrics and original art, this adorable, cosy place was the perfect size for two adults, and our dog. It has all the necessary mod-cons, including a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a nicely equipped kitchen (with an electric tea kettle!) and two wood-burning fireplaces (note: be sure to push the grate all the way to the back of the fireplace, or you'll set off the smoke alarm, which we did ;-( The location is spectacular. We walked everywhere; to the plaza, to Canyon Road, to the rail-yard area (kind of a schlep but invigorating!) The off-street parking was very appreciated, especially since it was snowing when we arrived and parking on the street to unload would have been a chore, and possibly dangerous. The Casa also features a charming fenced in yard (which our dog appreciated) and a lovely veranda (which weather did not permit us to use, but looks very inviting.) The only quibble I have involves entertainment. We arrived with a stack of our favorite Christmas movies, only to discover there was no way to view them as there is no DVD player. The unit does have broadband cable, but it is very limited (no movie channels.) So unless you are content to watch old episodes of "Hoarders," or "Love It Or List It" (with many commercial breaks) be sure to pack a lot of reading material. Other than this, it was a fantastic experience and I certainly hope we can return in the future."
