  • Perfect!

""Perfect" is the word I used to describe my experience at the property to Caroline, the property manager (who also could not have been more accommodating, friendly, punctual and professional). The property is comfortable, quiet, wonderfully decorated, well-equipped and very clean. Its location is fantastic -- a block from Canyon Road in the heart of the historic eastside. I stayed for almost a week as part of a vacation/house-hunting excursion and the house perfectly suited my needs and impressed the friends who stayed with me. We walked to most places, lived like locals (the bookstore and coffee shop are directly across the street) and enjoyed both the house and the great patio and side yard, which were blooming with native flowers and plants. This is a comfortably elegant "home" that is managed very professionally. I'll be coming back!"

  • Cozy

"Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The casita was very comfy and cozy. It was clean, organized, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was great! We were within walking distance to the Canyon Rd galleries and restaurants. There was even a nice park close by where we took our four legged babies to play. We would highly recommend this place to those looking for a great location and a place that feels like home."

  • Super Retreat Spot with Multiple Options

"There were three of us: two old artist friends and graphic designer daughter who holed up in the casita for working time. The casa is convenient for daily living, gorgeous garden space complete with fountain and enlivened with pleasures from flora and fauna. Plus the outdoor setup with table, chairs, umbrella make breakfast outside more than inviting if one did not choose to go to the great coffee place, Downtown Subscription on Garcia, a few minutes ride or morning walk. The interior accoutrements are tasteful and comfortable. Canyon Road beckons, entices and is foot steps away. Driving to experience the pleasures of the Plaza and museums, plus Museum Hill is accessible. The whole month was one joy added to another. A repeat would be in order."

  • Exceptional Accommodation

"Both Al, and Todd are the perfect hosts. They offer, and so importantly, maintain, a marvelous condo. It is perfection personified. The traveler could not expect more in quality, and privacy. Top that of with reasonable rates and you have found a bit of heaven in Santa Fe."
