  • Incredible spot, bright and airy, WONDERFUL service

"I'm a former VP of Marketing for Home Away/ VRBO and have been traveling with vacation rentals all of my life. Casa Marina is at the opt of the list and is a gem. It's a perfectly advertised, beautiful, very bright, well located little spot. Caroline is the most professional manager I've met and I would recommend her services with Aqui Santa Fe to anyone. We have been coming to Santa Fe for many years, this trip was for me and my kids (young girls 5 years and younger) and I found Casa Marina and was excited from the photos. I was delighted to find it even better in person. Wonderful linens, gracious welcome basket, great amenities, wonderful book of all the info we would need and one of the best stocked kitchens of a rental we have found. The bedrooms are heaven in this little cottage. The new AC units keep it even cooler than you would need. The courtyard is so quiet and beautiful. It really is a special little spot and I will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Perfect for couples, walkable to the square and a block from Canyon Road. Across from Downtown Subscription - a great coffee spot and book store. I had a stroller and found all of the areas of town within a good walkable distance from this house which was great vs getting in the car every day. Thank you, Caroline. We loved our visit and hope to return again!"

  • Girls' Trip

"We have a group of 6 ladies that have made a girls' trip once a year for the last 18 years! We chose Santa Fe this year and we had a fabulous time. This house is perfect for that kind of trip.....we rented both the Casa and the Casita. We enjoyed the patios for wine and cheese in the late afternoons. Everything was really within walking distance or a short cab ride. The houses were comfortable, roomy, and very well equipped. We LOVED the welcome baskets and the cinnamon bread is to die for!!! Any questions we had or needs we had were IMMEDIATELY taken care of by the rental agent. She was delightful and so accommodating. If we didn't try a new place every year, we would come back to Casas Palacio in a heartbeat!! We highly recommend this property."

  • Christmas holidays

"Casa Perla is no doubt a delightful casita to enjoy a holiday in Santa Fe during any season but at Christmas it's perfect. The property is located on the cusp of the pedestrian boundaries of the renowned Canyon Road Christmas Eve festivities. The magic began just outside the casita's front door with farolitos (paper lanterns) set up by Caroline Morgan and a luminaria (small, contained bonfire) in front of the neighbours' shop. What a treat it was to just be able to stroll out the door to join in with the throngs of people of all ages celebrating the activities on the streets and in shops and galleries. Caroline proved to be a useful resource for many of the other special seasonal events, sending us an itinerary of activities in and around Santa Fe ahead of our arrival. The Christmas period is an excellent time to witness dances at various Pueblos in New Mexico and with the help of Caroline's personal knowledge in this area we observed a religious ceremonial Deer Dance. The casita is charming, designed to make efficient use of the cosy space. The interior is brightened by skylights in the kitchen and bathroom and there are double glass doors opening to an enclosed patio off the living room. A plentiful suppy of firewood for the living room's kiva fireplace is stored on the patio where there is also a professional, natural gas barbeque installed. The kitchen is particularily striking, with a dramatic stretch of granite countertop in a gorgeous deep red colour surrounded by a generous number of black asian-style stools. We took full advantage of the high-end appliances in the kitchen to make some fine meals but the casita is centrally located, within walking distance of so many restaurants that it also made sense to explore the neighbourhood to discover new places for a drink, or a meal. We hope to return to Casa Perla someday because it's such a sweet place, convenient to so many of the cultural offerings of Santa Fe."

  • Outstanding!

"This outstanding carriage house is located just a short walk from the Plaza but far enough away for a peaceful experience. The contemporary, yet cozy, interior design hit the mark. Attention to detail was obvious...from the fully equipped modern kitchen to the tasteful furnishings and artwork. Parking in the courtyard was a real plus as many vacation rentals only allow on street parking which can be a hassle. We are already planning a return trip. This will be our "home away from home" in Santa Fe!"
