Solitude in the Heart of Historic Santa Fe
"Found my permanent “home away from home,” for my frequent visits to Santa Fe. Colorful, spacious, quiet with just the right touch of Santa Fe architecture and design. I travel alone, but would be a great home for two couples with two very separate suites. I especially appreciate the large king suite, with its spacious bathroom, extensive collection of books, television and private patio. In Santa Fe’s year round sun, the lovely courtyards provide me necessary solitude since I am coming to get away from the “noise” of big city life. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in lovely Santa Fe."

"Parents and adult children gathered to explore northern New Mexico. We like art and outdoors. What a great time! The house became our nest and we did fly around the territory. Memories were made. We will definitely do this again."

"Casa Simpatica was perfect in every way. Impeccably clean and comfortable. Brand new, state of the art bathrooms. Fully Equipped Kitchen. Beautiful art throughout. The location was perfect and the property manager, Caroline, was first class as well. I highly recommend this property to any discerning traveler."

"We took our 13 years old daughter to Santa Fe for spring break and stayed at this studio. Tushita was most wonderful in providing us with all the necessary instructions prior to our arrival, and with driving directions once in Santa Fe. She goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable. The studio is cozy, warm, clean, comfortable, and adequate for up to 3 people. One does need a car here. Downtown is a 5 minutes drive. So is the farmer's market, and a number of other interesting destinations such as Museum Hill, etc..The galleries on Canyon Dr is less then a mile from the studio and in walkable distance. We highly recommend this place. The small kitchen is adequate for coffee and simple breakfast preparation, and is probably not designed for larger meals such as dinner."
