  • Fabulous Stay

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After selecting and reserving this home, I drove by while on a business trip and winced at the steep driveway and the distance from the plaza. I almost cancelled. I am so glad I didn't!! The house itself won't be everyone's cup of tea - it does appear to be primarily real adobe - a beautiful material made from mud and straw - and is a little funky in the detailing - light switches and plugs are wedged into the walls, surface plastering is sometimes broken in predictable places on window ledges and at the base of walls and in the kitchen the raw adobe with straw is visible. Cabinets in the kitchen and bath are not modern but very clean and functional. The showers were good and there was plenty of hot water. We loved the house! It was comfortable and welcoming for our family of 5 with good beds and couches. We walked to the plaza and up to St. John's College, but we are big walkers. The kitchen had everything and more than we needed. The house was spotless, the dishwasher set up to run (with soap in place), the coffee maker had filters in it, the heat and lights were on when we arrived. The fireplace was fabulous and there was plenty of wood. The management company was very easy to work with. They allowed me to shift my reservation and assured me that the driveway was being repaired. It was. It would be a delightful place in the summer and was warm and cozy in the winter. I was glad we stayed here and glad we were on the hill above the city with great views - we ended up not spending as much time around the plaza as expected and that was just fine. The Teahouse restaurant is less than a half mile away and open 9 to 9 - a great neighborhood amenity."

  • Solitude in the Heart of Historic Santa Fe

"Found my permanent “home away from home,” for my frequent visits to Santa Fe. Colorful, spacious, quiet with just the right touch of Santa Fe architecture and design. I travel alone, but would be a great home for two couples with two very separate suites. I especially appreciate the large king suite, with its spacious bathroom, extensive collection of books, television and private patio. In Santa Fe’s year round sun, the lovely courtyards provide me necessary solitude since I am coming to get away from the “noise” of big city life. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in lovely Santa Fe."

"This was our family's first visit to Santa Fe and our first experience with a VRBO. Wow. What a great experience. We felt so comfortable and spoiled in this lovely home. It is so roomy and beautifully decorated. Vases of fresh flowers welcomed us both outdoors and in. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the wood stove easy to use, making the evenings we stayed in, cozy. The one bathroom was not an issue at all as it is very large with a double-sinked vanity and plenty of space. The jetted soaking tub was an extra bonus! It was so nice to have a well stocked kitchen and an outdoor grill for preparing meals. You can eat at the dining room table, in the kitchen alcove, or at the table on the outdoor patio. The outdoor space is amazing and has several seating areas to enjoy. The gardens were just starting to bloom and were so pretty! The neighborhood is so quiet that we felt like were were away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Fe, but within walking distance to the Plaza. We would recommend this rental without hesitation. We can't wait to go back!"

  • Wonderful studio

"We took our 13 years old daughter to Santa Fe for spring break and stayed at this studio. Tushita was most wonderful in providing us with all the necessary instructions prior to our arrival, and with driving directions once in Santa Fe. She goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable. The studio is cozy, warm, clean, comfortable, and adequate for up to 3 people. One does need a car here. Downtown is a 5 minutes drive. So is the farmer's market, and a number of other interesting destinations such as Museum Hill, etc..The galleries on Canyon Dr is less then a mile from the studio and in walkable distance. We highly recommend this place. The small kitchen is adequate for coffee and simple breakfast preparation, and is probably not designed for larger meals such as dinner."
