The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
The casita was well stocked with clean towels, linens, soap and other amenities. We brought our dog and found the place was perfect for a pooch. Long walking trail across the street on Alameda, so we all got exercise and were able to easily walk everywhere. We could leave for the afternoon and our dog could lounge in the private porch, while watching hummingbirds buzz around. The beds were comfortable and the furniture rustic but lovely. Would stay there again."

"Our four nights at Casa Perla were fantastic. We could not have picked a better place to stay in Santa Fe. I had previously reserved rooms at different hotels (La Fonda, Five Graces, Anasaszi, etc) in town, only to eventually cancel each one because each of them didn't have everything that we wanted and none of them felt right. Then I found this listing and the rest is history.
The location is brilliant. This was the perfect base for walking all over town and for doing our morning runs. For a very short time we felt as if we were residents of this lovely city.
Everything is top-notch and beautifully maintained to a very high standard with thoughtful touches and finishes throughout. I can't imagine a suite at one of the aforementioned hotels being more comfortable or a better value than Casa Perla.

"It's one thing to rent a house, it's quite another to rent a home. Christine's Santa Fe home is warm and charming, much more spacious than I anticipated, fully equipped and comfortable. .2 miles walk to the Teahouse on Canyon Road, the location is fantastic. Just a short drive to the center of town....everything is easily accessible. The beds were supremely comfortable, the neighborhood quiet. Chris' advice about what to see and do in the area was invaluable -- with her guidance we ate fabulous food, saw amazing art and spectacular scenery. I LOVED this stay and can't wait to schedule a return. Thank you, Christine, for opening your home to us!"

Lovely! Ideal location, thoughtful amenities and charming hosts
"The condo was delightful and ideal for our week in Santa Fe. It is perfectly located and has everything you could possibly need. Not only is the kitchen fully-equipped but there are small thoughtful details throughout like bandaids (we needed them after walking for miles), umbrellas (we had some welcome rain), guidebooks, a bottle of wine and notepads (to jot down ideas from those guidebooks). Our friends were staying at the very fancy Inn of Five Graces and we visited them there but we much preferred our place on Garcia Street! We would not hesitate to recommend this property and are looking forward to a return trip."
