"My wife and I stayed at Rita's home for a week while I attended a meeting at the nearby La Posada Resort. The location is great, very quiet, and an easy walk to the square. Rita and Tom are great as well. We were greeted by Rita and shown the house where we encountered fresh flowers, a beautifully set dining room table, a lovely covered patio, and a completely equipped and comfortably furnished home. It began to get a little warm in the afternoons while we were there, and Tom had the water cooler reinstalled our second day. Both Rita and Tom were friendly, helpful, and available...delightful hosts. I will stay with them again the next time I am in Santa Fe."

"The pictures do not do this house justice. It is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with pantry goods and appliances, books, toiletries, and tourist information. We especially liked having the espresso machine. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and sun set from the balcony and the peace and quite of the location.
The location of the house was also very convenient to Santa Fe as well as day trips to Bandelier National Monument and Los Alamos, Taos, Pecos National Historical Park, and Albuquerque. The Tesuque Village Market is also a great place for nearby meals out.
The owner was very responsive to any questions and returned our damage deposit very quickly. We hope to come back. We have so much more to explore around Santa Fe and this home was the perfect home base."

"This was an excellent destination home. Much better than even anticipated.
We used it as a launch for visiting Santa Fe, the Balloon Fest in Albuquerque and sight seeing throughout the area. Ending each evening cooking out, visiting by fire pit, and enjoying magnificent sunsets. I highly recommend this property. A slight word of caution: the house has many steps, and different levels. We had a few near misses and a couple of bumps. We are three couples in late 60's."

"Had a wonderful visit to Santa Fe and this house was part of the reason. It's convenient to the plaza and main highways, in a quiet neighborhood, and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and we used the breakfast room for the rare times we ate in. (Why cook with all the fabulous restaurants in SF!) Artwork is interesting and we appreciated the new furnishings. Two small things enhanced our visit; the wonderful shower massager in the master bath was perfect for a sore shoulder (from heavy suitcases) and a great book on Georgia O'Keefe that I read each evening snuggled in the very comfortable master bed. We look forward to a return visit."
