"This home base is the perfect way to see Santa Fe, Taos and surrounding areas. The peace and stillness of the forest is relaxing and restorative. The cabin is rustic/southwest perfection and so comfortable. The Amos' are amazing; paying careful attention to my comfort and ready with ideas for hiking and sightseeing. I have recommended this cabin to everyone I know who travels to NM."

Best Kept Secret in Santa Fe; well maybe not for long!!
"This was our first trip to Santa Fe and my husband and I were delighted to have the opportunity to stay at Susan's beautiful home. It's a very sweet, cozy retreat with plenty of room, privacy, beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need/want to make for a wonderful vacation. As soon as you enter this home you feel "welcomed". It's within walking distance to shops and restaurants and just a short ride to the Plaza where you can shop to your hearts content, see a play at the Santa Fe Playhouse, visit a winery, venture into one of the many museums or get a bowl of Tortilla soup at the Plaza Cafe (I highly recommend!!). If you are planning a trip to Santa Fe and this house is available DON'T hesitate to book it NOW! Hotels just don't have that "home" feel and in most cases, are much more expensive. Can't stop wishing we were still there!!"

Beautiful property and perfect for our ladies' trip
"My girlfriends and I wanted to take a spa trip to New Mexico to celebrate a dear friend's birthday. Knowing we were driving from ABQ late at night, Jeremy sent us detailed directions the week of our trip. They came in handy since it was quite dark, but we made it to the house with no issues at all. Upon our arrival at the house, we were in awe! The house was spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the setting was breathtaking. We were so in love with the place, that towards the end of our spa day at Ojo Caliente, we decided to take a (short) trip into town to pick up groceries so we could spend the next day at the house. That day, my friends and I walked around the property, sunbathed on the enormous upstairs deck, took several dips in the hot tub, cooked our meals, watched the sunset, and sat around the outdoor fireplace into the late night. The next day, we drove into Santa Fe to check out the Plaza area and did some shopping. This home is a great place to unwind and watch sunsets, but still close enough to the central part of town. The hosts were very helpful when we needed something, but allowed us our space to enjoy our vacation as if it were our own place. Thanks again to the owners for maintaining such a lovely home! I would highly recommend staying here."

"Our family stayed here in December. The house was very comfortable, with a kitchen that included pretty much every known cooking item. The two bathrooms were recently remodeled, and had several neat and modern features. It was snowing during our stay, so we were not able to enjoy the backyard barbecue and pizza oven, but the house was cozy and warm. The owners have a great taste for decorations, and the house felt very lived in and loved. We found the view very relaxing and enjoyable. The house is set apart from its neighbors on a good size lot so as to provide privacy, but a close drive to town."
